The hotel environment is great. Our room had good natural light, and when we checked in, they offered me two rooms to choose from. I picked the one on the first floor. The pool area is beautiful, and breakfast was delicious.

Pros: 1. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. 2. The overall environment was quite good, and the hotel breakfast was rich and delicious. There's also a gift shop next to the restaurant. You can find some local street food stalls near the hotel as well. 3. There's a swimming pool with a comfortable, constant water temperature. 4. The bedding and slippers were comfortable. Cons: 1. The in-room facilities were a bit old, but not excessively so, and everything worked perfectly. 2. The only mosquito repellent provided in the room was a mosquito net. Overall, the experience was great. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a very pleasant time at the hotel, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's advisable to bring plenty of insect repellent. Tip: Dalat's weather can be quite cold day and night, so remember to pack warm clothes and always have a jacket handy.

I've stayed in several historic hotels converted from villas before, but this one completely fell short of my expectations. Probably because the suite I booked was too large, it was incredibly cold at night, and even turning on the electric heater didn't help. The room also had very few windows, making the whole place feel particularly eerie. Although the staff were very polite, there wasn't much service to speak of; they helped us find one charging head during the room check but missed another one on the same outlet. Furthermore, the breakfast was very basic, and there was nothing worth eating for afternoon tea. All in all, this is definitely a hotel I won't be considering again.

My two-night, three-day stay at Anamandara Resort was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and wonderful. I would love to visit again someday. Thank you once more.

I have to commend the service at this hotel; it was incredibly heartwarming throughout my entire stay. From the moment I was guided in to checking in, every staff member was enthusiastic, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The room decor was very well-considered, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The hardware facilities were meticulously maintained; the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable. During my stay, all my daily needs were promptly addressed, and their professionalism was evident in every detail. The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, completely undisturbed by external noise, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It was a very enjoyable experience.
