Our second time on island and stayed at the Sullivan House this past weekend. Everything was fantastic! The views, the hospitality, the breakfast, access to beaches and marina and town - all were excellent! Highly reccomend if you're on island - one of the nicest sunsets from balcony

We loved our long weekend stay. We took our two adult boys with their gf. We enjoyed the quaint accommodations and Linda was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. The views from the house were breathtaking and we rented bikes from The Sullivan House which was very convenient. We will be returning next year.

Such a beautiful and breathtaking view of the water from all angles. Breakfast area was very quaint and clean. Noise level was very low and services was awesome I was upgraded to a more accommodating room without being asked. That really was a nice treat. Block Island is one of the most beautiful places i have ever visited. So easy to get around, such great shops and restaurants The view, and the friendliness of the staff No missing amenities Yes I would recommend as it is like staying in a house vs a hotel, with beautiful views No extras top of mind

Beautiful setting!! Love the views!! Breakfasts were delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room and shower were very comfortable. Did not need the a/c.

10/10. Best views on the island. Sunsets are unbeatable. Two minunte walk to beach and 10-15 min walk to town. Breakfast every morning.

This was our first trip to Block Island and I’m so glad we chose the Sullivan House. It’s peaceful with a gorgeous view and the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. The breakfast each morning was delicious too. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful location. Best sunset spot to watch from while looking over the harbor enjoying a glass of wine. We had such an amazing experience, room was great had a/c which was a bonus. Breakfast and coffee was amazing, and the hospitality was so nice.

5 star rating in our book. Views are spectacular and accommodations are spotless and cozy. The Management/Staff are wonderful! We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at the Sullivan House. Cannot wait to return!
