Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan

I brought my child to Xiamen for their birthday and to attend a concert. To my surprise, the hotel even offered a shuttle service, and I heard they prepared a super delicious birthday cake for my child! A special thank you to the hotel's customer service, Irene, who was incredibly thoughtful. Everything was arranged perfectly, down to the smallest details! 🤘

This hotel comes highly recommended for any trip to Xiamen, especially their dining. The buffet even has a Michelin-star feel to it. The gym facilities are well-equipped, and the service is friendly and professional. The only minor drawback is the soundproofing in the guest rooms.

I frequently stay at the Hyatt when I'm in Xiamen for business. The rooms are quite cozy, and the front desk staff upgraded me to a bay-view room and allowed for a late check-out at noon, which was a great help and perfect for business travelers, so I didn't have to rush back. 💪 The peanut soup for breakfast was excellent; the rest was just standard.

Check-in was smooth; our bay view twin room was ready by 2 PM, perfect for us and our two kids. We didn't get an upgrade, probably due to it being a weekend, but I appreciate the front desk staff for kindly giving us a complimentary breakfast for our 11-year-old. The only minor issue was the strong musty smell in the room, likely from the wooden furniture. Other than that, everything was great. It's super convenient with direct access to Wanyue City shopping mall, and it's close to the airport, which is why we chose it for our last night.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. They even provided transportation for the concert, which was a nice touch.

I came for Ding Yuxi's Xiamen concert, and this hotel was surprisingly good! Not only did they offer a free shuttle service to the concert, but they also thoughtfully prepared fruit and snacks after the show. I was really touched! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are top-notch, as expected from a Hyatt brand – truly five-star quality!

A truly international high-end hotel brand, yet surprisingly affordable. Everything from the environment and facilities to the service exceeded expectations, and I received many delightful surprises. There was a shuttle bus for transfers, bottled water personally delivered by staff when returning to the car after an outing, and even fruits, snacks, and a card waiting in the room. It's clear they are genuinely dedicated to service, paying attention to every detail. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen. Finally, a big thank you to all the hotel staff.
