I've stayed at Hyatt many times! The overall experience was fantastic once again—a very comfortable and pleasant stay. First of all, the hotel's environment and ambiance are very relaxing, featuring a grand yet refined interior design. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, and well-laid-out, with meticulous housekeeping. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room amenities are comprehensive with well-executed details, reflecting the hotel's dedication to providing a quality stay. Dining is equally commendable. The breakfast offers a rich variety with a well-balanced mix of Chinese and Western options. The ingredients are fresh, and the food quality is consistent—especially the hot dishes and made-to-order items, which taste great. The dining environment is comfortable, food is replenished promptly, and the overall dining experience is relaxing and pleasant. Additionally, the hotel staff left a deep impression. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth. The service attitude was warm and natural, striking the perfect balance between professional and approachable. All in all, whether it's the room comfort, dining quality, or overall service, it fully met my expectations for the Hyatt brand. It’s a hotel that truly lets you unwind and enjoy your trip. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Xiamen!

The room was absolutely fantastic. The decor had a wonderful Southeast Asian feel, and the room itself was very spacious, offering a beautiful view of the bay from the window. The overall service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I was traveling with my parents during the National Day holiday, and for that period, the value for money was exceptional. Next time I travel, I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again. Grand Hyatt truly lives up to its reputation as a five-star hotel.

Staying here during the National Day holiday with three meals included was excellent value for money. The hotel is right next to Wanyue City, and there's even a direct passage connecting to it, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We participated in the hotel's mini-golf, Pilates, and towel animal folding activities during the holiday. Hyatt's service was also great, and the butler was very attentive.

Had a wonderful stay, excellent service. The concert shuttle arrangement was very thoughtful, especially Irene from the concierge team. She even prepared fruits and snacks after the concert, which was a very sweet touch. Highly recommended!

I would visit this city again just for this hotel! I was completely amazed by the design of Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan! The aesthetics of both the lobby and the rooms were on point, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The [room type] we booked offered an amazing view, and watching the sunset from the window in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The bedding and bath amenities were high-quality, with a sophisticated scent. The pool and gym environment were also excellent, not crowded and very serene. After staying here for two nights, I felt completely relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Especially, the front desk lady Linda was fantastic – gentle, considerate, and professional. The concierge staff was also great, and the technician who fixed the air conditioning was wonderful. 👍 The breakfast was also excellent.

Excellent hotel! It's cozy and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I'll definitely stay at Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan again next time I'm in Xiamen. The environment is lovely and it's well worth a stay!

I brought my child to Xiamen for their birthday and to attend a concert. To my surprise, the hotel even offered a shuttle service, and I heard they prepared a super delicious birthday cake for my child!
