Ibis Bangkok Riverside

June 10-13, 2026 Four days, three nights, NT$4988, which is NT$1663 per night, excluding breakfast, for a twin room with a city view. The location is quite good. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to ICONSIAM. From the outdoor bar area, you can see the cruise boats and scenery on the Chao Phraya River, especially the colorful night view, which really captures the essence of Bangkok, Thailand. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned our room thoroughly every day. The young ladies at the bar area also provided excellent service. However, the front desk staff seemed less welcoming, perhaps due to a language barrier with us. The Ibis Riverside Bangkok is cleaner than the Ibis Hua Hin. The waterproof sealant in the bathroom looked new, as if it had just been replaced! However, the rooms are small, and the soundproofing isn't great. For the price, it feels a bit high. Since we'd had too many hotel breakfasts on this trip, we decided not to have breakfast at the Ibis Riverside this time, otherwise the price would have been even higher. It doesn't offer the same value for money as the Ibis Hua Hin.

The riverside atmosphere along the Chao Phraya River is great, and it's conveniently located near ICONSIAM. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, especially regarding my child. Thank you for the cake and the well wishes left in the room; I was pleasantly surprised when I returned. I'm very impressed and will definitely stay here again whenever I have the chance.

Great location! There are plenty of cafes nearby and Iconsiam shopping mall is close by. It's easy to get to the pier across the bridge, where boats depart in all directions. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and were satisfied, especially loving the mushroom cream soup. The only downside I can mention is the shower door; water leaks onto the floor through it.

I couldn't book for three people online, so I paid an extra fee on arrival. It was a little over 70,000 baht. Check-in was immediate, and I added breakfast on site. It was slightly cheaper than the advertised price, so for three people, it came out to a bit over 70,000 baht. It was a bit cramped with the extra bed, but given the great location and good pool facilities, it's good value for money.

Aside from the pool being decent, everything else was terrible. The breakfast was a typical Western meal and quite unappetizing. The hotel room was tiny, and the bathroom was so small only one person could stand in it. Plus, the key card often wouldn't work. I had booked three nights, but I left after just one.

Excellent welcome. Quiet room with a view of the pool and river. Iconsiam is within walking distance.

The hotel's location is absolutely wonderful. There's a beautiful and cozy garden lounge area. The pool is clean and cool. The food is delicious, and the prices are not expensive.

The environment is fantastic, right by the river, with a yard and a pool. The rooms are old but very clean.
