The hotel's location is good, close to the sea, and they provide beach towels. There's a pool, but I didn't get to use it, so I can't comment much on it, except that it's very small. For breakfast, there's a good selection; my favorites were the profiteroles (it's a shame they were only available on the first day) and the omelet. The potato pancakes were also tasty and not too greasy. About the room: Overall, it was nice, with a sea view from the window. Aside from the wardrobe, there wasn't much storage space, and there were very few hangers. Now for the downsides. We constantly received dirty towels, stained with various marks. I only managed to photograph the last ones. We kept having to go down to ask for replacements, but they'd just bring towels with slightly fewer stains. In my opinion, for a 5-star hotel, this is a huge drawback that left a very unpleasant impression. The bed linen also had inexplicable stains. Naturally, there was no apology or compensation for this mess. The room cleaning was poor. It felt like the floor wasn't cleaned at all; the sand brought in from the beach was poorly swept. There are no free sun loungers on the beach; you have to pay 150,000 VND per sun lounger.

This hotel is relatively new, only about a year old, and it was very clean, which I appreciated. The amenities were standard but had everything essential. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but the water temperature was perfect. What truly satisfied me was the breakfast. They had live cooking stations, including a noodle bar and an egg station, so I could enjoy freshly prepared dishes. The buffet selection was extensive, with a wide variety ranging from fresh vegetables to hot meals, fruits, and even cakes, all of which were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the bone-in meat. The coffee had that rich, authentic Vietnamese coffee taste, which was a great way to start the morning.

A new, fresh hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, the only thing is they don't always refill the shampoo/conditioner/gel, ours ran out on the 8th day. Maybe it's an unpromoted hotel: no elevator queues!) Our room was upgraded before check-in. Not many Russian channels on TV. No private sunbeds on the beach, which they could have provided... Overall, everything is fine, of course, if you plan to spend all day lounging, Cam Ranh might be better, but for a pure rest, overnight stay and then heading to the beach or another city, it's perfectly suitable. Breakfast could also be a bit larger and more varied, 80% Chinese-Korean, but you can get full.

Noise! That's practically the only thing I remember from our stay here. Before this, we'd rented accommodation at the hotel opposite Adamas for two consecutive years, so I'll be comparing it to that. This time, there were no vacancies there, and I thought the hotel opposite (whose construction we'd observed from Adamas a year ago) would be a good substitute. But how wrong I was… I don't understand the tons of enthusiastic reviews; either they're fake or just for Trip Coins. Let's start from the beginning: - After checking into a deluxe room with a King-size bed, we found regular twin beds. After arguing at reception and refusing the cover and pushed-together beds, we were moved to room 2001 on the 20th floor. - The city noise is simply awful. There's no difference whether the balcony is closed or open; you'll understand that it's impossible to relax here. This is the first vacation where I could only fall asleep with earplugs. Maybe it's fine for older people or those with hearing problems, but this environment really stressed us out. After reading other reviews about the hotel, we realized we weren't alone and that changing rooms wouldn't solve anything. - The Moscow restaurant has been mentioned a lot here; you'll hear every drunken shout from there. - The fire alarm on the ceiling acts like a strobe light (I'm not exaggerating; if you're used to small Russian red lights, here it's white flashes every 15 seconds). - Despite the hotel's relatively young age, the furniture is already worn out, and the renovation clearly looks like it was done very cheaply. - Linens and towels sometimes have stains. - Housekeeping is also mediocre (but that's okay, it's the same at Adamas, so it seems to be the norm for Vietnam in general). Now for the positives: + The staff's attitude and willingness to resolve your issues + Underground parking for motorbikes + The hotel's location + Monotonous but edible breakfast. All of this is in comparison to Adamas right across the street! There, if you close the balcony, all the sound stays outside. Here, in terms of relaxing and sleeping, it's simply torture. We stayed for 2 weeks, but we definitely won't be returning. Thanks to the staff, but the developer really skimped on guest comfort. Out of 10, I'd rate it a 2.

The service is top-notch. Breakfasts are also good, with both European and Asian options. No porridge though!) The rooms are comfortable, and you can't hear the street with the windows closed.
