Location is good, we booked lake view room. The room is 24sqm but the layout is efficient so makes it feel not so small. Staff service can be better towards to Asian tourists.

This hotel is right in front of the lake. We woke up to fresh air, the gentle sound of swans, and a stunning lake view. We really miss this feeling 😍 Breakfast was good, and overall we loved our experience at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt.

The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was good too. The female receptionist's service was just okay; she seemed reluctant whenever we asked for something. However, there was one gentleman who was very kind and willing to help. I also tried the sauna, which was excellent and very relaxing! We checked in on December 5th, which happened to be a local holiday, and the kids had a blast~

The stay was pleasant for my family of 4 , 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We had booked a junior suites with sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a bathtub & standing shower. We stayed at the apartment 5 minutes walk the main reception. They provide great concierge service to bring out luggages to the hotel. The breakfast was super delicious with the amazing lake view.

It was amazing. There's a bathtub. Food in fridge is not for free. There's coffe maker. Only problems were ran out of hot water after several baths consecutively and the second tv cannot display the channels

Very beautiful lake and mountain view from the room balcony, spacious room, but the location is up the hill and hard to find. Otherwise, all good. Strongly recommend.
