Great service from all staff encountered. Left behind items from previous stay were kept for me and returned upon arrival after check-in.

I booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to work meetings, and because it was renovated relatively recently. The room was overall fine, but I stayed on the 11th floor, which felt a bit low, and the window was partially blocked by a wall, disappointing given the price.
Breakfast was very good, more quality than quantity. Service was consistently good overall, but I would avoid using the concierge to arrange taxis, it’s easier and usually better value to just use the Grab app.

廁所門開關不了 半夜叫人來搞了一下 還比較負責很快弄好了。 我開始以為23年新酒店 ，結果…翻新的啦。一切中規中矩。沒有啥亮點，也沒有啥槽點。沒看到其他中國人 都是歐美韓日。健身房和游泳池OK～早餐鮮榨果汁是一個亮點，非常喜歡。早餐其他都中規中矩。
位置就不要説啦 周圍威斯汀hayat 都差不多位置， 21terminal有點亂不喜歡。
喜歡的點：週五SPA很多 一定要試都是步行距離。 樓下一家敞開式的木椅子木桌子餐廳，一定要試（下樓右轉）50米就在街邊）超級好吃性價比極高環境好 每次都滿座啊！ 總之位置是亮點亮點！比central world那裡方便多啦。
泰國酒店服務人員態度都很好～這家酒店服務也OK的。我每次都叫樓下門僮叫出租車很方便（近的距離grab比較貴），當然我每次都給小費畢竟人還要去跟司機溝通，這個服務是非常贊很放心的。

Room was clean and service staff were generally very friendly. Hotel is directly linked to Asok BTS station from level 3 though Nana BTS station is nearer. Hotel breakfast selection was good. Would be good to have firmer pillows though this can be requested via the iPad

The deco is beautiful and the towels are thick and clean. I also loved their bedsheets. It is so smooth and comfortable. The location is also very convenient to train station. The service is immaculate.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff are friendly. However, to be honest, there are some issues. I don’t think the hotel meets the level of a five-star property, let alone the Sofitel standards. There are unjustified delays in service; you have to call three times before your request is delivered, and this has happened repeatedly, not just once or twice. There is also noise coming from the window despite staying on the 25th floor, which is unacceptable. There are also constant delays with the elevators. I don’t know what the reason is.
