The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service to the station, and its surroundings are beautiful with plenty of restaurants, which is very convenient. Perhaps because it's a tourist resort, there were hardly any Japanese staff. The front desk staff were from Southeast Asia and spoke Japanese with a strong accent, and the room cleaners were also from Southeast Asia. The hotel has a public bath with lovely hot spring water that makes your skin smooth. Breakfast was also decent. I'd recommend it.

This hotel is located in Old Karuizawa, about a 15-20 minute walk from the JR train station. They also offer a convenient shuttle service. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and a small garden view. It's also very convenient for connecting to hikes in Nagano.

The room was spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel service was excellent, and they offered frequent shuttle services to the JR station every day. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of vegetables and fruits!

The location is quiet yet central. While there aren't many restaurants directly nearby, it's not far from the Old Karuizawa Bank, so dining out is still convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is a semi-buffet with both Japanese and Western options. The changing area in the public bath is quite small and can get crowded when there are a lot of people.

The room terrace during the autumn foliage season is truly dreamlike, beautiful in different ways both at night and during the day! It's worth coming just for the terrace and garden alone! A special highlight was leaving a note on Trip.com hoping for a room on the second floor. I didn't have high hopes it would be seen, but they actually arranged it! The service attitude is excellent. After arriving at Karuizawa Station, you can call the hotel to pick you up, and they're very quick, arriving in about 5 minutes. The only minor drawback is that there was a noticeable humming sound in the room, whether it was the heater or some other machine running. It was loud enough that I could still hear it even with earplugs in. I tried turning off all the appliances I could find in the room, but it was still there. At the time, I thought maybe I was just too sensitive to noise, but there was no such sound at the other hotel I stayed at the next day.

This was a wonderful hotel with really comprehensive service!
