Hotel didn’t had proper entrance or valet. Hotel service was very nice but just okay hotel rooms. Customer service was very nice but hefty parking fee as well as some resort fee!

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. The free breakfast was wonderful and served in a civilized manner. The only critique is that there is construction going on just next to the hotel. Be aware there is a $45/day fee to park in their parking garage.

Beautiful hotel and quiet, large room. Many places were closed for the season so we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Conveniently located to Aspen

Google map lead to no where found. Not easy to find the entrance to the hotel. Parking fee was too much for $45 per night. Tax, after tax added up all the taxes and total amount plus more tax added.

Everything was perfect. The room was quite big and clean and the places to go they recommended were amazing especially the road to the independence pass and castle creek. Aspen fall color was so so beautiful everywhere. I definitely come here again.

Nice hotel, no issues with accomodation. Very limited eating joins around the location though. But thats just the way snowmass is. Be ready to visit Aspen frequently as it has lots of options.

The entire experience was awesome!! The staff, (shout out to Brandon at the front desk and Kyle in the restaurant) was beyond accommodating. We loved the entire Village.

Great stay. Our room was clean and spacious. ALL of the staff were OUTSTANDING!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
