This established five-star hotel is truly reliable. The brand's heritage and service quality are exceptional, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The customer service butler was always available on WeChat to assist with our needs. Since we arrived early, they arranged for an early check-in, and as a welcome gesture, we received two cups of Heytea. On our departure day, they even granted us a late check-out until 4 PM, which was fantastic! The hotel's breakfast, both in taste and presentation, along with the service, was excellent and very enjoyable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

It saved a lot of time and effort visiting Wuyi Square and various shopping districts and attractions. Although the hotel has been open for some years, it's well-maintained, and the facilities and equipment are all in good working order. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. I especially want to commend the concierge service; they were incredibly responsive and efficient in their communication. After checking out, I left something in my room, and the hotel contacted me immediately, which was very reassuring. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Changsha. Highly recommended!
