Woke up by noise in a 3000/night room. The staff shouted that the noise would go away if I adjusted the AC fan speed. I directly turned off the AC, so where was the noise coming from? They insisted it wasn't the AC unit, but then what was it??? This is a 3000/night room, are there seriously no basic noise isolation measures?

Stayed for 2 nights and was very satisfied. There's a unique rice paddy, a mini-train, alpacas, and piglets – kids would absolutely love it. It rained a bit on the first day, but the sun came out on the second, so I got to enjoy both types of scenery! 👍 If you want to make the most of the hotel's photography services, it's best to book in advance for the afternoon to allow more time, and you can even pay for outdoor shoots. Our hotel butler, Evelyn, contacted us in advance about check-in, and all the other hotel staff were very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased. If I had had more time, a run on the country lanes would have made it even more perfect! 😄

The room had an excellent view, and the laundry service was very convenient. I ate mostly at the hotel, and the dining was commendable. I especially loved the gym's fantastic view. I've already recommended it to friends. We also booked a small package for a hotel photoshoot, and both the environment and service were great! Before this, I stayed two nights at the Top One B&B, and it was truly awful! Seriously, avoid it at all costs, haha!

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our girls' trip! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely amazing view – every photo we took looked like it came straight out of a magazine, perfect for my social media. The room was very spacious, and the facilities were brand new and smart; the voice control for the lights and curtains was a godsend for lazy people like us. The entire room was spotless, the hotel environment was quiet, and the staff were gentle and enthusiastic. Absolutely fantastic!

Facilities: The room facilities are very new. Hygiene: It was cleaned very well. Environment: The external environment is exceptionally beautiful. Our room was also upgraded to one with a private hot tub. Service: The service was excellent, always prompt and responsive. They even specially prepared an anniversary cake and a family-friendly setup for us. We stayed in Building 1, which also had self-service laundry and drying, which was so convenient. Welcome fruit: Very generous. Travel photography: The travel photographer was very dedicated, and their photography skills were excellent. The travel photography service staff were very polite. Minibar: A rich selection of drinks.

The hotel boasts stunning views, perfect for travel photography. Lore at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger family suite. The room was spacious. It's also very close to the Ten-Mile Gallery and Yulong River rafting. The breakfast was plentiful – a fantastic experience overall.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, with a stunning and expansive view of camels crossing the river right at the entrance. Its location within the Jiewo Ferry area, near the Ten-Mile Gallery, makes it very convenient for exploring by bike. The breakfast is quite generous, featuring local specialties like Guilin oil tea and rice noodles, which truly reflect the regional character. The service is incredibly warm and comes with many added perks like a billiards and chess room, and even pet feeding. Overall, the hotel is clean, and the staff's attitude is excellent. This time, I also tried their complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer was very professional, delivering some great pictures.

The hotel has a beautiful view, and the front desk staff, Evelyn Lore, provided excellent service. The room was spacious with large windows offering a great view. It's also very close to tourist attractions. The hotel's photo shoot experience was fantastic, perfect for getting some great shots. Highly recommend!

VOCO Hotel – we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Yangshuo! 👍 Beyond the great facilities, we especially want to praise the hotel's incredibly thoughtful service. Due to unpredictable summer weather, we got caught in a downpour while rock climbing outdoors. We were worried about missing our late check-out. Soaked to the bone, we offered to pay for an extended check-out so we could shower, change, and then head to the airport. The hotel immediately put us at ease, saying there was no need for extra payment and that our check-out would be extended until we were settled. They even kindly brought us some hot ginger tea. This level of care truly moved us! (Special thanks to Henry!) It added an unforgettable warmth to our travel memories. See you next time!
