The breakfast was what we looked forward to the most at this hotel, and it certainly lived up to our expectations – it was delicious! The swimming pool was a bit small, but it was still enough for us to enjoy. Outside the hotel, there are several massage places and a 7-Eleven. Although transportation is quite inconvenient as you always need to call a taxi, there generally isn't much traffic. As for the room, I felt there was quite a bit of dust, and the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it could be, which was a bit of a shame. However, overall, the room was comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen and fridge also had drinks, and we even took some with us since we couldn't finish them. The two snacks were also very tasty, and the staff provided good service!

It had two very large bathrooms and suitable space for a family. The price per night was around 600 SAR. Excellent room service and cleaning. Breakfast was acceptable and good, with some delicious dishes. The area is quiet, upscale, and close to everything – shops, malls, and shopping. It's literally the beating heart of Bangkok! ❤️ The pool is beautiful and a great place for kids, especially with the tropical September rainy weather 🌧️❤️

Nice hotel with great apartments. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was always very crowded, making a relaxing breakfast almost impossible. It felt like a mass production line. And due to the large number of people, the buffet was sometimes very unappetizing, although the staff was constantly busy trying to keep it tidy. Another or more spacious buffet area, or an extension of the breakfast hours, would really be helpful here. Otherwise, a very beautiful and mature pool area. However, there weren't enough sun loungers and towels for the many people. One evening there were no more pool towels, which shouldn't happen in a hotel like this. Overall, we still had a great stay. There's a 7/11 right around the corner, and you can get everywhere with "Grab." Luggage storage is also available.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend this place to anyone interested. The rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is beautiful, perfect for photos from any angle. There's also a play area and a playroom for kids, which we absolutely loved. All the staff are genuinely lovely, especially those in the restaurant. The lobby staff were also very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and always smiling. The room was quiet, so I could relax and rest comfortably.

The service and environment are quite good. The swimming pool is large, breakfast is rich, and the gym is also decent.

The lady at the front desk was sulky throughout the check-in process. There was no bellboy at the main entrance. The toiletries in the room were not replenished daily; we only got 3 cotton swabs for a 4-day, 3-night stay. The only highlight was the staff at the 4/F restaurant – every single one of them had a smile and excellent manners that made us feel very comfortable and happy. Another pleasant surprise was on our last night, when we returned to our room to find a lovely bed decoration that made us all smile. Receiving such a thoughtful gesture from your hotel more than a month before my birthday was truly a delightful surprise. Thank you very much!

This is a condo-style accommodation. It's convenient to have a microwave and basic cooking facilities inside, but on the other hand, the lingering odors and traces of various people cooking accumulate in the room, making it smell quite strong. The breakfast is just what you'd expect, nothing special. The staff's service mindset isn't great either. They feel more like part-timers than full-time employees. And for a global hotel, most staff, except for those at the front desk, can't speak or understand English. While some say the surrounding infrastructure is good, it's not really. It's just located in the middle of an apartment complex, making it easy to buy daily necessities. I can't agree with those who call this good infrastructure. The pool is only 1 meter deep, basically just a kiddie pool. Don't be fooled by the hotel's swimming pool photos.

A magnificent hotel! We haven't traveled extensively, but we've been to many places in recent years, and I can confidently say - this is the best hotel we've ever stayed at! A huge room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped with everything you need for your stay: bathrobes, shampoos, conditioners, body lotion, hand soap; toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc. A large living room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for cooking and dining. Housekeeping and towel changes are daily. Upon check-in, there were complimentary drinks and water in the fridge, and on the table, there were dried bananas and cookies baked in the restaurant. The bedding and towels were clean, fresh, and dry. The in-room climate control was quiet and allowed for temperature adjustment. The breakfasts were excellent: very diverse, with coffee machines, and there was always enough seating. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 AM. The pool is very beautiful but not deep - a maximum depth of 1.2m, but it's sufficient for a pleasant time. The hotel staff are very welcoming. The deposit is 2000 baht, which is returned upon check-out. The lobby smells wonderfully of fresh flowers. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the city center. Nearby, there's a large shopping mall, Rama 3, with brands, an evening market, and Tops. There are also several 7/11s in the vicinity. The area is clean, and we felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to return in the future.
