Finally got to meet a happy birthday elephant! 🤩🤩🤩 So thrilled! The hotel's front desk staff, housekeeping, and the security guard at the entrance were all so cheerful and welcoming. I really appreciate their warmth and energy! The hotel's spa is the premium 'Lets Relax' series, and during my stay, I got a special offer for a 2-hour Thai massage for 1200 THB, which also included a complimentary herbal ball compress. So convenient!

We booked a pool room and my kids absolutely loved it. They were in the water 2-3 times a day. The hotel breakfast had a great atmosphere and was semi-buffet style with a good selection of à la carte dishes. The hotel also has its own hot springs. The only downside is that there's no 7-Eleven nearby.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga class, and there were other activities available that I didn't get a chance to participate in due to time constraints. I would definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Chiang Mai and recommend it to friends.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel service was excellent. I took a two-day yoga class which was taught exceptionally well, and the hotel's massage service was top-notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. This trip was very relaxing for both my body and mind, and I will definitely come again next time 😎. The only slight drawback was that the room was a bit humid, but there was a dehumidifier, so it was acceptable. The hotel restaurant food was also great, the coffee was good, and they even offered welcome drinks!

Great service, clean hotel with a lovely scent. The small torches at night are adorable, and the greenery is well-maintained with no mosquitoes. The bedding is also good.

Very good, excellent value for money. The service was exceptional, making it a great choice for families with children. The environment is lovely, especially enjoying breakfast by the Ping River in the morning – it's incredibly atmospheric!

An excellent resort hotel with comprehensive facilities. The staff are polite and friendly, and their English is very good. There are many coffee shops and a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. The resort also offers various wellness classes. I will definitely come back 100%!

This hotel is very quiet and not too crowded, which is great because the pool is never packed. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are large, and the hygiene is good. Breakfast is excellent, and the hotel's spa is top-notch. The only downside is that it's a bit humid by the river, but there's a dehumidifier in the room. There's a shuttle service to the night market. Plus, there's an amazing beef noodle shop just 5 minutes from the hotel – it's delicious, not crowded, and you don't have to queue like at those trendy Instagram spots.
