Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

We love this particular location. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property and rooms are clean. We love the option to other dinner and/or sit at the bar for a drink. There were several very deep potholes on the property including one by the gate when you are leaving the parking lot. Those need attention immediately

I've stayed at this hotel several times and its a mixed bag. I've had hosue keeping walk in on me with no announcement on a previous visit. The problem with my most recent stay was that I was asleep when people in the next room arrived and were so loud i went downstairs to be moved. The clerk responded by giving me a room next to the laundry room, which I found unacceptable. That resulted in another trip downstairs to finally get the final room. This resulted in a downgrade from 1 king to 2 queen beds, which was not what I paid for. In any case, he didn’t see fit to apologize once. The morning staff handled it better but it still happened.

Roomed had a smell, huge gaps under doorways so could hear everything from hallways

this property charges 15.00 per day for parking. unreasonable price

My room was next to the elevators and I heard the noise from them all night!!!!!!!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and very soft. For someone who has had spinal fusions like me, the most important thing is a good comfortable bed. Unfortunately this is one of the worst beds I have slept in.

Room was nice, so was the bedding and shower, so all good there. The drinks at the bar were actually really good. Nice setup, friendly staff. But, go out for breakfast, the free breakfast was rather weak. You get what you pay for, and the breakfast was free.

The hallway noise was loud. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great hotel … always a very clean, quiet room with easy parking and close to numerous dining and shopping options.
