Five-star review! This hotel is excellent, with a great location and a wide variety of food options downstairs. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and provide great service. The breakfast has a good selection, and each room gets a complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream. In the afternoon, a staff member even delivered a fruit platter. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The environment is great. It's very close to Chunxi Road, within walking distance. It's also a convenient 30-minute taxi ride to Shuangliu Airport. The front desk staff helped me upgrade my room to a quieter spot with a fantastic view from the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows. The room also had a mini-bar, and all the facilities were excellent. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary fruit platter and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and smiled a lot. When the delivery robot was busy, other staff members helped bring my takeout to my room. They even washed, dried, and folded my laundry before returning it to me.

This hotel is really great! We booked two rooms and had a good rest. Everyone was happy after picking up our family. Everything was excellent, from the well-equipped facilities in the clean and tidy rooms to the wide variety of delicious breakfast options. I was very satisfied with my room and would highly recommend this hotel. They offer a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, and the butler service was very attentive.
