This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Causeway Bay, offering convenient transport links while still providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The service is attentive, warm, and professional. Although the hotel isn't large, quality and thoughtful design are evident in every corner, and guests generally seem to be well-mannered. The lobby and restaurant are both beautiful. The rooms, while not spacious, are exceptionally clean and decorated in pleasant, harmonious colors. Lee Garden and various trendy brand stores are just a stone's throw away, making it ideal for shopping.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service; communication was smooth and pleasant. The room I booked was also great, full of thoughtful details, and the window offered a view of Causeway Bay's buildings, full of Hong Kong's vibrant atmosphere. I'd likely stay here again if I visit Hong Kong in the future.

As a native Hongkonger, I've stayed in many luxury hotels here. This time, I'm staying because my home is undergoing renovations. The room is extremely clean and quiet everywhere. Whenever I check into hotels around the world, I always check the area between the faucet and the sink for black stains (this room had none), and I use disinfectant wipes to clean all the surfaces I'll touch. This room, however, was exceptionally clean. The staff are all very polite, and the hotel's location is extremely convenient. There are many restaurants nearby (from affordable local eateries to more upscale international options), and shopping is right on your doorstep. There are also two 24-hour convenience stores, and the MTR station is very close by. It's perfect for travelers, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I need to.

Lots of mirrors in the room, and the overall style is cozy and comfortable. There's a laundry room on the 5th floor. The location is excellent, right next to several shopping malls. The complimentary water bottle was huge, and the body cream was also super-sized, making me wonder if they were chargeable items. Highly recommend!

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is right in the heart of Causeway Bay, so it's super convenient to get anywhere. The facilities are very clean, and the reception service is excellent. The daily tidying up is just right.

The hotel is great, and the hygiene is acceptable. Most importantly, the staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk who are very patient. This time I traveled alone with my child, and they made us feel very secure. It's also very convenient for getting to nearby attractions.
