Overall, it's pretty good. The location is right in the heart of Causeway Bay, so it's super convenient to get anywhere. The facilities are very clean, and the reception service is excellent. The daily tidying up is just right.

Everything else was great, and the location was convenient. The room was a bit small, but that's typical for Hong Kong.

The hotel is great, and the hygiene is acceptable. Most importantly, the staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk who are very patient. This time I traveled alone with my child, and they made us feel very secure. It's also very convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

I really like the design of this hotel; it's small but beautiful. The location is superb, quiet yet close to everything. It's only a few minutes' walk to Hysan Place and Times Square, and there's Din Tai Fung and several cha chaan tengs nearby.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service and the hotel environment are excellent! The location is also superb. There are also many delicious restaurants and great shops nearby to explore! Although small, the decor is exquisite, and the staff are incredibly friendly! I forgot to take pictures, only one of the lobby, which reminds me a lot of the Vendome where we stayed in Paris.

Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, which really enhanced the quality of my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, just 350 meters from MTR Exit F1, a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. In a bustling area like Causeway Bay, this hotel offers a quiet, comfortable, and well-designed retreat. It's an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

Excellent location in the heart of Causeway Bay's Lee Garden. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room at this SLH Hong Kong hotel was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There were also plenty of hotel-related magazines and books to read in the lobby.

This French-style hotel exudes a subtle, elegant fragrance and offers a quiet, pleasant atmosphere, perfectly embodying a small yet exquisite design philosophy. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which featured a well-designed partition separating the living room from the bedroom, providing ample space for two people to engage in their own activities independently. The cleanliness was impeccable; daily housekeeping was thorough and excellent. If you're concerned about pest issues in Hong Kong hotels, I can confirm there were none here, which was a key reason I chose the逸兰 (Eaton/Yat Lam - *assuming this is the hotel name based on context*). Finally, the hotel service was thoughtful and appropriate. You can relax in the lounge area while the front desk handles your check-in, and they offer a car-calling service upon checkout.

This was my second stay, and my partner's first, and they absolutely loved it! It's a great hotel with a clean and comfortable environment, and an excellent location. Among similar hotels in Hong Kong, it offers good value for a 'light luxury' experience. The front desk upgraded my room for free when they heard I was a returning guest, and I personally feel the staff's service was just as good and professional as my first visit. Oh, by the way, everything in the mini-bar is chargeable, but the bottled water is free. All in all, if your budget allows, I highly recommend staying here.
