Hotel Ai Reali - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

Hotel was conveniently located to all the mains areas. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service was great. Milo the bartender was amazing make sure you stop by and get a drink from him. We will definitely be coming back here again!

It is a nice hotel but for our family we wanted 2 rooms with 2 bathroom suite and they were unable to accommodate

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Ai Reali Venezia. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from both Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, making it easy to explore Venice while still enjoying a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel with excellent service, a perfect location, and authentic Venetian charm, I highly recommend Hotel Ai Reali.

The staff were amazing! They went over and above with service. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We would stay there again. Absolutely wonderful property and service!

It was a wonderful hotel, close to the rialto bridge and san marcos square. Staff so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended! X

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very nice. The room was perfectly fine. The breakfast was good. Our flight was canceled and the front desk team was helpful in assisting with accommodations for an extra night, and also organized our transportation from the train station and to the airport.

Our stay at Ai Reali was absolutely magical, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit and truly experience Venice. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The room and the bed were excellent. The location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square is perfect. If you are going to Venice, you should stay at Ai Reali

Absolutely perfect location for exploring all of Venice. The room was so ornate and authentic, we just loved it.
