Arbour Hotel and Residence

Extremely impressed with my stay! 😍 From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by the bellboy. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. The rooftop atmosphere had the best vibes. Overall, it was definitely worth the money. I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😘

The hotel was wonderful and I would love to stay here again. However, the breakfast was a bit cold, and despite other tables being available, we were seated right next to the buffet area, which made it quite unsettled and disappointing.

The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. My favorite parts were the rooftop pool and Sky bar. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. It's also quite convenient having a 7-Eleven right next door.

Impressed right from the parking lot! Excellent service, lovely staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a great view. The overall service was simply top-notch.

Everything was great. The front desk staff and doormen were all very welcoming and gave detailed introductions to the hotel facilities. Whenever we asked for local entertainment recommendations, they answered effortlessly and accurately. This is exactly why I would choose to stay here again.

There is a welcome drink, and it was quite good. The room is very clean! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area with no unpleasant odors. There is a simple gym and a sauna. The pool is great for photos, offering nice night views. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially Nisa—she was wonderful!

The overall service was fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was hearty. The swimming pool is a bit small, but the design is great, and the rooftop bar is stunning and definitely worth a visit! There is a scooter rental shop right outside the hotel where you can rent and return them directly across the street, making local transportation very convenient.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member—from the front desk to housekeeping—was extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even left adorable towel art like swans and elephants after cleaning the room. Highly recommended!
