Hotel is dated, lobby decor is odd and doesn’t fit the rest of the hotel, restaurant was also dated and dark with below average service. Was a good location if going to a baseball or football game. Needs a face lift. Could be a really cool hotel.

Disappointed First with the great. From our room the view was great to look at the river, bridge and stadium. Also the shower water pressure was awesome. The rest of the room was pretty beat up. Towels were old, crunchy and thin. The walls were scuffed throughout. Art was missing from the walls. The dresser had doors with broken hinges. The couch felt and sounded like it would break when you sat on it. The curtains were torn. They only stocked the coffee once for a three day stay. There was never shower gel. We paid more than $500 a night for a room basically to a Hampton Inn!

The property is superb with large, clean rooms. Check in was quick. Their restaurant was excellent. Downside is parking, which is only available at the city self park garage across the street. Also, no pool. Price was reasonable given the proximity to PNC park and downtown.

We loved the location of the Renaissance. It's perfect for anyone going to PNC field. The staff was outstanding. We did experience a vibration in our HVAC duct during the night. The restaurant was excellent. We'd go back without hesitation.
