Family of 5 booked 2 rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Allow us to have connecting rooms. It was fun for us. One double room has bath tub. Room was warm and cosy during winter. Very happy.

Did not book the bus from Incheon airport to Alpensia Ski resort, end up no transport so have to spend $460 on international taxi. Location of hotel is at the centre so it is close to ocean 700 and ski700 . Hotel guest enjoy discount for snow sledding, skiing . Room was facing the ski slope so view is great .

The hotel is excellent and I have a very comfortable stay. The room is very spacious with excellent cleanliness. The service from front desk is gorgeous. Will definitely recommend for this hotel!

Alpensia is a good warm up ski resort after a long break… as it’s not as crowded as the nearby Mona park.
