Riad l'Ayel d'Essaouira

A stylish and cozy riad with a spacious room. Clean linens and a comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace. In the heart of the medina. Very pleasant hostess. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very tastefully furnished. Breakfast, as is typical in Moroccan riads, is very good. It's a small riad with just a few rooms, tucked away in a narrow alley not far from the fishing port. The only downside is that the so-called "barrier-free double room" is advertised as 23 square meters, but it's actually only about 14 square meters. The double bed is only 1.40 meters wide. A wheelchair wouldn't be able to get past the bed to get to the bathroom. You can open one suitcase at a time, but then you have to close it again to move around the room. The view is of the small, dark alley. The room is on the ground floor.

Tres bon accueil, emplacement idéal. Nous avions la chambre familiale au dernier étage, directement sur la terrasse, parfait! Une des prises ne fonctionnaient pas, ca manquait un peu de petites lumières la ou y'a les 2 lits simples et il y avait quelques relants d'égouts dans la salle d'eau. Mais sinon tout etait parfait!

Joli riad situé au cœur de la médina d'Essaouira. Très bon acceuil avec un thé à la menthe par Camille qui vous explique tout ce que vous pouvez découvrir à essaouira, Merci à Camille pour nous avoir recommandé un guide pour visiter, c'était très intéressant et top. Les chambres sont très belles et bien entretenues. Le repas du midi était très bien cuisiné et le petit-déjeuner servis étaient copieux et délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.
