The hotel was easy to find, and both check-in and check-out were quick and convenient with minimal waiting. Annie Yan at the front desk promptly processed our check-in and provided useful information. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The air conditioning was especially great – perfect for Guangzhou's hot weather, keeping the room nice and cool, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The soundproofing was excellent too; it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was a satisfying weekend hotel experience and a great place for a future getaway. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was good. It's also very close to Shahe, making it convenient for getting around!

Xiaorou was great, very efficient, and her attitude was natural – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward. She quickly resolved any questions I had and even proactively pointed out details I hadn't noticed. Having her at the front desk these past few days made my stay feel very reassuring. Overall, I'm satisfied and give her a good rating.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, grand, and classy. I was in Guangzhou for a business trip to the clothing market, and the hotel was conveniently located just a few hundred meters' walk from where I needed to be.

I arrived quite late, hoping for a quiet place to rest, and the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite. Upon entering the room, I found it to be cozy and elegant, with a soft and comfortable bed. The room service was also very prompt. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and a hot shower instantly washed away the fatigue of the journey. Moreover, the room had excellent soundproofing, completely blocking out any external noise.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across an overpass from the metro station. However, it's a renovated hotel, and the service needs improvement. The staff aren't proactively friendly, and issues weren't resolved promptly. The cleanliness is decent. Baiyun Mountain is only about two to three hundred meters away. I hope some problems can be addressed, such as the incredibly slow elevators and the poor breakfast.

Came to Guangzhou with friends for a food trip and stayed at the Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe. The hotel was under renovation at the time, but it wasn't noisy at all, which was great. My only minor complaint is that the check-in process was incredibly slow; we waited for half an hour.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. There was someone at the lobby to help open car doors and carry luggage. They also quickly helped me retrieve something I left in the mini-fridge. The only minor downsides were that the pillows were a bit too soft, and I had to wait until past 1 PM for an available room because the hotel was fully booked the night before.

Everything was pretty good overall, and the environment was decent. It's a worthwhile choice, especially since it's close to a major transportation hub, making getting around quite convenient. The hygiene was also acceptable, and the price was fair.
