Ad Lib Hotel Khon Kaen

The restaurant staff provided poor service. They looked unwelcoming, as if they thought it wasn't their hotel, and served customers with a face like someone had passed away.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and even gave a welcome letter to guests attending a fan meeting. The hotel facilities are also excellent; the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location is very convenient, I believe it's in the city center, so nothing is too far away. If I ever come back to Khon Kaen, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 20-minute Grab ride from Khon Kaen Airport. The hotel decor features local Khon Kaen characteristics (dinosaurs and yukatas), and the terrace offers a panoramic view of the city, with a stunning nightscape. The breakfast is abundant, and there are other restaurants and bars within the hotel, so even if the weather is bad, you can still enjoy good food and facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel generally feels clean and comfortable.

The staff were amazing and delivered everything to our room. We could even request plates and bowls. The atmosphere was great and the room was brand new.

I arrived at the hotel by taxi from Khon Kaen Airport, which took about 20 minutes. There was some traffic congestion on the main road in front of the hotel, so it's something to consider when you're traveling around. Many reviews mentioned that the route involving changing elevators was complicated, which made me a bit worried. However, I personally found it not difficult at all and perfectly fine. For amenities, I conveniently used the restaurant on the 27th floor and the coffee shop on the 1st floor. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was great for picking up essentials. The room, while feeling a bit older than it appeared in the photos, was overall clean and well-maintained, making it pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was strong and satisfying. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of all the staff, especially those at the front desk on the 1st floor. While it might not be fair to compare it to 5-star global chain hotels in Bangkok, considering it's in the Khon Kaen area, I believe it's an excellent hotel overall in terms of facilities and service.

Great stay! I got a room on the 20th floor with a beautiful view. The bed was soft and the AC was cool, so I slept very comfortably. The service was excellent.

Beautiful and incredibly clean bathroom. Every corner is picture-perfect, and the room itself is lovely.
