Empark Grand Hotel

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the service truly exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to restaurant staff Zhang Lele and Kang Xiuli, who proactively helped us and our child with seating and carrying food when they saw us with a kid – we really appreciate it! Also, thanks to the front desk staff Xiao Xi, who was very responsive and provided excellent service.

Five-star review! The hotel service was a pleasant surprise. When the food delivery robots were busy, the line got long, and a male staff member, worried about the wait, personally brought our takeout up to the room. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wang at the restaurant front desk were particularly great and very attentive to our children. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very satisfying. It's an excellent choice for families with kids, highly recommended!

Pretty good value for money, quite satisfied. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it. However, the cleanliness wasn't absolute perfection, but for this price point, I'm quite content with the family room.

A big thank you to the hotel's duty managers, Xiao Jiang and Xiao Dong! After checking out, I realized I had left some valuables in the room. The staff immediately contacted me, and communication was smooth, allowing me to retrieve my lost items without any issues. The room was spotless, and the service was attentive and reliable. You can really feel the hotel's dedication, and I highly recommend it!

Attending a conference in Xi'an, I stayed at this five-star hotel and had a fantastic overall experience. The conference room setup was excellent. Breakfast was also good. The room offered a great view, with an expansive vista. Xiao Xi at the front desk provided excellent check-in guidance.

The front desk service was excellent, very satisfied. Room 6331 had a friendly staff. The hotel environment is nice, and we even got a free room upgrade along with complimentary fruit. Extremely satisfied and will definitely become a regular guest.

We booked a family room, which was very spacious with a nice environment. The breakfast was also excellent and had a good variety. Definitely recommended.

① The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and ample, spacious parking. ② The hotel is meticulously clean; rooms and bathroom floors are free of hair, and the vanity is spotless. ③ Facilities: As an older five-star hotel, the facilities and furniture are a bit dated, but it offers great value for money. A twin room at 279/night (excluding breakfast) is a steal. Breakfast can be purchased as a family package online, which is even more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. ④ The front desk staff, bellboys, and housekeeping aunties all provide excellent and courteous service. The bellboys are proactive in helping with luggage.

Breakfast was great, highly recommended! The room environment was good, clean, and hygienic!
