Empark Grand Hotel

We booked a family room, which was very spacious with a nice environment. The breakfast was also excellent and had a good variety. Definitely recommended.

① The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and ample, spacious parking. ② The hotel is meticulously clean; rooms and bathroom floors are free of hair, and the vanity is spotless. ③ Facilities: As an older five-star hotel, the facilities and furniture are a bit dated, but it offers great value for money. A twin room at 279/night (excluding breakfast) is a steal. Breakfast can be purchased as a family package online, which is even more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. ④ The front desk staff, bellboys, and housekeeping aunties all provide excellent and courteous service. The bellboys are proactive in helping with luggage.

The environment is great and the value for money is excellent. Front desk staff member 6342 provided exceptional service and even gave us some complimentary tea. The location is superb and the facilities are well-equipped.

The hotel was very clean, and they paid attention to the details, like providing complimentary bottled water in the room and sufficient toiletries. The bed was super comfortable; I woke up the next day without any aches or pains. There's a convenience store nearby, which was handy for picking up things. Check-out was smooth as well. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay.

The Century Golden Resources Hotel is a bit old now, and some of the facilities are a bit dated, but it's well-equipped and offers excellent value for money. The staff, Lulu and Xiaodong, were very helpful with invoicing and luggage delivery. Great service!

The hotel isn't far from Jiaotong University, so getting around is really convenient. You can tell it's an older place as the facilities are a bit dated, but the service was still great. The front desk upgraded my room, and it was quite spacious. It's also super close to the subway station, about a five-minute walk.

Before our arrival, Xiao Xi proactively called us to go over our travel plans in detail. I casually mentioned that I was traveling with my parents this time and hoped for a quiet room. To my surprise, when we checked in, Xiao Xi had remembered everything! She specifically arranged an executive room for us on a higher floor. The room was very quiet with a wonderfully expansive view outside the window, and it was far from the elevator, ensuring my parents had an excellent, undisturbed night's sleep with absolutely no noise. My parents kept praising, 'This room choice was perfect.' Even more delightful, upon opening the door, we found a large platter of fresh fruit and local specialties on the coffee table, accompanied by a small, handwritten card that read, 'Wishing Auntie and Uncle a pleasant journey.' After a day of exploring, my parents enjoyed the fruit while resting, repeatedly saying how thoughtful it was. Throughout our stay, Xiao Xi was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. At checkout, she even helped us carry our luggage to the car and gave us important tips about transportation for our return trip from Xi'an. Because of her, this trip with my parents was exceptionally worry-free and heartwarming. The hotel is truly fortunate to have such an employee. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, and I highly recommend it to everyone – just ask for Xiao Xi, you won't be disappointed!

Facilities: The room is well-equipped, a bathtub liner was provided at check-in, the mattress was very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, the bedding felt freshly laundered. Environment: Quiet. Service: Excellent attitude, and we received a gift and fruit upon arrival.
