Service was great. Close to most things. Had a great time.

A very friendly welcome at this hotel. Room a good size but rather dated. The noise from outside was not too bad. The noise from other guests in the corridor outside the bedroom at 3am just awful.

The hotel is fairly okay. Not what I expected and the staff is not hospitable that much.

A truly wonderful experience. Wonderful staff and very much accommodating. Great breakfast and Dinner. Perfect for traveling tourists like us. We also enjoyed the opportunity to meet with fellow visitors. The lounge atop the the roof was such a great place for all of us to visit and enjoy the atmosphere of Capetown. Albert , who manned the bar , was an incredible and professional host. We loved our visit and hight recommend the Capetown Diamond

I was warmly welcomed by Sethu, who greeted me with such a beautiful smile and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She assisted me with everything I needed, and even though I kept coming back with so many questions, she never once got tired of helping me. Her patience and kindness really stood out. The room was clean and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Luckily, I met Sethu again when I was checking out, and I was reminded once more of what a beautiful and patient person she is. She definitely made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you, Sethu, for your excellent service and for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Good clean hotel in the centre of Cape Town. Five minute walk to one of the main tops for the City Sightseeing bus. All the staff were very friendly - Sethu was particularly helpful with some late night printing that we needed!

It is such a cool place. Book a room for a weekend when I was in Cape Town for a gig. I didn't know any places but they managed to refer me to someone who will help me around which made everything much easier for me. Their room are to die for, i will definitely go back♥️

My family had a wonderful time. the hotel stuff was really helpful as they assisted us taking the bags into our rooms. The style of their rooms is the best. I highly recommend their service because their stuff is professional and very friendly. They understand working with different people from different places. I will definitely book in the hotel again for my honeymoon in december.
