The hotel is lovely, clean, well-located, and pleasant. The one problem we encountered was that we chose to upgrade our room and the upgrade we received had a view of the roof and was located next to the elevator. However, when we complained, we received an apology and the extra upgrade charge was immediately removed. We felt that the customer service was good but, if an offered upgrade is unavailable for any reason, the guest should be informed. Having said that, we plan to return to this property.

Spent three nights soaking in the hot spring, then drove to the city center during the day to explore. The room was spacious and had a great atmosphere! It was wonderful, unlike staying in the city center where there are more tourists; here, it's mostly locals.

Decided to stay away from the *****. Durango rooms are the cleanest, newest and very well decorated. I’ve stayed at Four Seasons, Bellagio and Pallazo in the past but this hotel is best bang for the buck.

A bit far from the *****, recommend to rent a car if choosing to stay here. The service was good but the room cleaning was not detailed (missed one day completely and didn’t replenish a couple of essentials each time). Other than that, good hotel.
