Located on a side street next to the bustling Nimman Road, all the facilities and environment were new and clean. Our family of five all liked it very much. There's also parking available in front, which is very convenient.

The hotel has a very convenient location, only about 20 minutes from the airport! It's a 5-minute walk to MAYA MALL/Nimman Night Market, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets! The host can also arrange transportation, and a hearty breakfast is served every morning! The service is excellent!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. There were four bedrooms, each with a large bed and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine, clothesline, and laundry detergent on the north side. The small swimming pool was fun, and the kids loved it. The bathrooms were all in working order. The service was excellent. They cleaned every three days. There was a restaurant and coffee shop nearby, with a swing – the atmosphere was fantastic. A ten-minute walk away was the Maya shopping mall and the Nimman Road night market. I was quite reluctant to leave; I loved it so much.

It's a bit difficult for cars to get in and out, and the aircraft noise is quite loud. But considering the price, it's well worth it.

The landlord was very nice. The room was very clean.
