The room was very clean, with new, updated decor. Great beds and loved the sitting area. The mints are an extra nice touch and i enjoyed the restaurant being open. Had a nice glass of wine with my late dinner and totally relaxed. My only complaint is when properties renovate they neglect to replace the old, very low toilets which are at times difficult to get up off of, especially for older or physically challenged adults. Otherwise, a very nice, upgraded property, close to the Airport.

Room was very nice. Only complaint is the noisy fan in the bathroom and should provide more creamers for the coffee. I don't know if to many people that only use 1 little packet for their coffee

$11 for a bowl of oatmeal - ridiculous. Why no free breakfast when every other hotel offers that and price is more at this hotel? Too close to interstate and can hear every step of occupants in above floors! Won’t stay here again.

I appreciated the lady that checked us in by finding us a room that wouldn't be near a girl's soccer team. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. It was very convenient to get to the airport this morning.

I reserved a room with a walkin shower due to my wife being handicapped. when i got my room key i asked if it had the walkin shower and was told no i told the clerk I had reserved the walkin shower and was told one was not adviable was told they might have a handicapped room with a tub when asked why they did not hold one with my reservation told rooms are on first come base. then why do i make a reservation.

The confirmation from ******* did not give a phone number to call for airport pickup. When I googled it, I got a Meriot corporate runaround. Finally, I went to the information desk at the airport to get a local number. All-in-all, it was about 2 hours from getting our luggage to arriving at the the hotel.

The room was clean however the mattress had a lot to be desired. There was little support with the mattress. Also, there is no free breakfast offered. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that is barely adequate. We wanted to get a cup of coffee at 7:00a and it wasn't opened yet. We wanted a cup at 8:00p and it was closed. We were even charged for parking

We stayed there because they offer a shuttle to the airport. It cost me extra because i booked thru a 3rd party and didnt know it wasnt included
