Art Hotel Aomori

about 15mins walk from the station but relatively near to the attraction area. not sure if theres water dispenser but theres vending machines & laundromat at 2nd level. also managed to catch the fireworks from the room!

We were two people. The room we stayed at was not big. If you have two suitcases it will be hard to open up both of them at the same time. We didn’t have suitcases, and therefore the space was not a problem for us. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I lost my gloves at a bus, and they helped me to get them back. You also got apple juice as a welcome drink at the front desk (very nice apple juice!). We used baggage storage after checking out, which was no problem. The room was very clean. When we were there they had an eco plan, which was that the room got cleaned only once at our 4 night stay, but could get towels whenever we wanted. We though it was good from the environment perspective (but we decided to not have any cleaning at all). Overall I though our stay at this hotel was very good.

Beautiful Aomori port.

Very nice hotel and the Nebuka art work is fabulous. Small rooms (but not unexpected) and a little further from the station than I'd expected. However it's only a block from a wonderful Harbour-side walk, making for a very pleasant 15 walk to Nebuta Museum, the train and bus stations. Very reasonably priced too.

i was request cancell with full refund few time or changing date, the Hotel refuse to do that, even i was rebooking early 2day in same hotel, prove to them, the hotel still don't wanna refund & no reply the email too. This hotel is so Greedy! They only wants other people's money since they are nonthing loss changing the date for me or refund to me, but they refuse to do that! i will not stay in this type Greedy Sunroute Hotels in Japan again, Sunrute Hotel Aomori just only hv good location, but old facilities, not in 4 star range, it worse than i other 3 star hotel in Japan,! Higher price old facilities, Not Good value for money!!!!

Location is good.  You have to pay the parking. But check carefully.   They said overnight parking is 800 yen. But when I inserted the parking ticket next morning it showed 2500 yen. We had to go to the front desk and they gave me the adjusted amount.
