The accommodation was exactly as pictured, with spacious rooms, a lovely pool, and a lush garden. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant. A truly lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Riad Dar Maktoub. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing on warm days. A real highlight was the food: Chef Lahcen Zahir’s recommendations – especially the Saint-Pierre and sea bream – were absolutely delicious. The light summer appetizers were also a perfect match. Overall, a truly delightful experience that we can warmly recommend!

This is a lovely property with spacious rooms but feels remote, accessible only by car. The hospitality is rigid with breakfast starting at 8:00am (not earlier) and dinner is only served between 7:30-9:30pm with 24 hour notice required for many menu items. This should be communicated upon booking as we were expecting a meal before we left for our morning flight and would have booked elsewhere for the price.

A very lovely and elegant small hotel. Beautiful gardens Meals were elegantly served and delicious. Very clean. Amazing staff. Manu in reception was incredibly helpful to us in planning our day. Could not recommend this more enthusiastically. It’s a very calming and lovely place.

Stay at Dar Maktoub I would not recommend Dar Maktoub, it is located next to a busy highway and is a very small property. All night you can hear traffic. Our room was unclean with blood on the sheets and ants in the toilet.

Loved this place. The staff were absolutely excellent and could not do enough for you. We ate in the evening at the hotel and the food was first class. The chicken tajine was great. The pool was fantastic. If back in agadir, would stay again for defo.

The hotel is a bit far from the main part of Agadir, but this meant the location was tranquil and quiet. There is an outside pool which is lovely to swim in. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. The room was large. In general the place was relaxing and clean with a beautiful garden. Great place for couples.

This is such an incredible and beautiful botique hotel. The rooms where spotless, styled beautifully and very comfortable. We stayed in multiple 4* botique hotels on our trip through Morrocco and this came out on top for every aspect including comfort, style, service and food. I really recommend getting the banana and vanilla milkshake. The gardens and pool area are perfectly maintained and the breakfast is very good. It was the only place on our trip that served English breakfast tea which by the end of our trip I was craving! The photos don't do this place justice, you have to be their to realise how much of a gem this little haven really is.
