Thong's Inn Hotel Kualanamu

This place is nothing like what was advertised on social media. It's not a hotel, it's more like a tiny joglo (traditional Javanese house). The parking is quite a distance away and uncovered. Also, despite my booking stating breakfast was included, none was provided. The bathroom is incredibly small, seriously, the facilities are just inadequate. I tried to cancel but couldn't, even though I hadn't even rested because it was so unappealing. They also refused a partial refund.

Great for those with early morning flights and who don't want to be far from Kualanamu Airport. The atmosphere is very natural and lush, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was not available during my stay.

I was checked into a room where the toilet was leaking. Maintenance came to fix it, but the floor was covered in water. I asked for it to be cleaned, and they did a shoddy job. When I finally went to use the toilet, the tank wasn't working, and then everything started leaking onto the floor again. On one side of the hotel, there's a railway with noisy trains, and on the other side, there's the airport with planes flying overhead. The room itself is nice, but there are no teaspoons and no bar soap.
