It's more than adequate as a transit hotel - spacious grounds with eclectic gardens and a swimming pool, a nice restaurant and friendly staff. We stayed here both on arrival and departure from Sumatra. On our first stay, we had very noisy guests in the next room, kept us up the whole night despite multiple complaints and visits from the security. On our second stay, the hotel rememebere this incident and booked us into a room without adjacent rooms.

Convinient location and nice place at all. Clean swimming pool and amaizing big stones in the garden. Free shuttle to airport upon request. Lots of mosquito.

This was my first time visiting Medan, and I stayed at this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience, although it's a bit far from Medan city center. If you're looking to stay near the airport, this hotel is quite nice.

We stayed there for one night, as the location is perfect for the airport. The free shuttle took us there at 5 a.m. The service is friendly; for example, luggage is carried to the lovely cottage. The room is relatively small but well-equipped and has comfortable beds. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and drinks, all of which are very tasty. The grounds are very nice and inviting.
