Shangri-La Mactan was paradise! Crystal-clear beach, endless toddler fun at Adventure Zone, and serene Ocean Wing views. Perfect family escape—our 4yo and 6mo loved every moment!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean, and truly perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel valued and at home. This experience made my vacation truly meaningful and unforgettable. Shangri-La Cebu is luxury with a heart.

A perfect vacation! We'll definitely choose this place again for future family trips with kids. The main restaurants were a bit overpriced for what you got, and while the roasted suckling pig show at the buffet was entertaining, the pig itself was pretty bad. However, the outdoor BBQ buffet had good food and entertainment.

We stayed at the Shanghai-La Mactan Cebu for a week. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with incredible employees- everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort has multiple daily activities including snorkeling which were great. We tried most of the restaurants and they were great! Acqua which was Italian was tasty ; Buko Bar was also yummy! Highly recommended for a relaxing hotel with good pools and calm environment.

Absolutely amazing stay. From immaculately kept gardens to pristine beach. Shangri La, Mactan, was a real treat. A real five-star stay.
