The bathroom was just okay, but everything else was perfect. The view was beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very friendly. However, I found the restaurants, apart from the buffet, to be quite mediocre and overpriced. The Chinese restaurant was not good at all, definitely avoid it.

The room was a connecting room, and we experienced a delayed check-in. This is quite unexpected for a renowned chain hotel, especially one rated number one on Mactan Island. The environment was lovely, and the breakfast tasted good, though there was a queue. Strangely, this happened even when there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant, and I'm not sure why. At 2000 RMB per night, my experience definitely didn't feel worth the price.

This was my second time at this hotel. It's an older place, and the facilities are quite dated, but the room itself was neat and clean. Though, when I opened the closet, the safe was broken 😂. I booked it specifically for the beach access, but for the price, it's really not worth it. Definitely not worth it.

It's Shangri-la. Everything was great. There's so many activities to do in around the resort. We stayed for 2 nights but still haven't explored the whole resort yet.

Excellent stay, but the service attitude was really poor. However, the hotel facilities were fantastic! Especially the Chinese restaurant for breakfast and lunch, which was superb. The private beach and other amenities were also great 👌👍

A perfect vacation! We'll definitely choose this place again for future family trips with kids. The main restaurants were a bit overpriced for what you got, and while the roasted suckling pig show at the buffet was entertaining, the pig itself was pretty bad. However, the outdoor BBQ buffet had good food and entertainment.
