The room facilities were quite good, but the room itself was very, very compact and small. Cleanliness: It was pretty clean, which was great. Environment: The location is far from the city, so it's very quiet. Service: The service was just okay, provided by Indian staff.

Absolutely terrible hotel… I've never seen a more stingy hotel. Its location, directly across from the VivoCity car park, is excellent, but the hotel's facilities and service are an absolute disaster: 1. The key card sleeve given at check-in had been repeatedly corrected with white-out, clearly reused. 2. It's 2026, and there are still hotels that don't provide 24-hour hot water to save money! I finished work at 3 AM, wanted to take a shower and go to bed, but got chilled to the bone and caught a severe cold the next day. 3. The hotel doesn't provide a free bottle of water per person per day. I saw other reviewers mention it, but when I asked the front desk, they said it's only one bottle per person upon check-in. Regardless of how many days you stay, you have to buy additional water from their vending machine for S$1.20 a bottle. 4. They refused to provide toiletries, and the hotel management is utterly disorganized. They don't even know if they've given them out or not. On the day I left, they still asked if I received the toothbrush I requested. No, I didn't; I had to go out late at night to buy my own, as your hotel didn't provide any. 5. The vitamin water in the vending machine had misleading prices – it was labeled S$2.40 but actually cost S$2.60. It's not a lot of money, but it clearly shows the hotel's character. 6. After I complained to Ctrip about the lack of hot water, Ctrip informed me that the hotel was unresponsive and uncooperative, unable to resolve any of my issues. So, it's best not to book this hotel, because Ctrip will just tell you: 'We tried to negotiate with the hotel and sent emails, but their attitude was terrible and they ignored us, so there's nothing we can do.' And when I insisted on an explanation as to why the platform advertised 24-hour hot water, yet I had to take a chilling cold shower in an air-conditioned room, leading to a severe cold and harming my health, Ctrip only offered to refund half of the room fee, 300 RMB, to resolve the matter. It's a classic bait-and-switch, a terrible hotel.

The location was super convenient for Universal Studios. We spent one day there and another day at Sentosa and the S.E.A. Aquarium. It was also easy to grab a meal at Vivocity on the way back. Plus, the bus stop for Singapore-Malaysia buses was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Honestly, convenience is the main takeaway here!

The price is very reasonable, and it's super convenient for shopping and getting around. It's right next to VivoCity mall, with the MRT station inside, and Sentosa tourist attractions are also very close by.
