Miskawaan Beachfront Villas

The staff and amenities were top notch! We had a group of 15, including a baby and 70+ year old grandparents. The Lotus villa worked for everyone. The cousins (five kids 9-12 years old) lived in the pool and the ocean the whole time while the parents were able to relax nearby. The staff were amazing and took care of anything we needed. We were just feet from the ocean and the view was spectacular. The food was amazing when we used the resort's menu, and we were able to order in from nearby places as well. Very convenient location

We had an excellent stay at Miskawaan Beachfront Villas. We spent our first two nights at Waterlily Villa and our third night at Gardenia Villa, and both were fantastic in their own ways. Our villa manager and the entire team went above and beyond at every moment. There were incredibly proactive. Whether it was picking up our Grab orders, sourcing mango sticky rice from the local market, arranging a private speedboat, finding beach volleyball equipment, or even setting up a movie screen on the beach at night, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of attention, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made the stay feel effortless and personalized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury beachfront experience with top-tier service.

A very special thank you to Chef Noc and her team, who went above and beyond to organise a surprise birthday celebration for our 3-year-old daughter. It was such a thoughtful and beautifully executed moment, and one that created lifelong memories for our family. Every aspect of our stay — from the service to the setting — was simply outstanding. Miskawaan continues to set the standard for luxury villa experiences, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Koh Samui. We will most definitely be back again.

We enjoyed this place immensely. Our service team headed by the lovely lily were attentive and very good at what they do. The chef was excellent, and the food was even better.
