Homm Laguna Bintan

First time to Bintan, the family suite room is big and clean, although it is old. Friendly and supportive staff, giving some suggestions. As we booked half board, therefore our package is included lunch or dinner. We choose went to the Cove at Banyan Tree on first night dinner. Dinner is nice and have to pay usd10 per person. There is 3 course meal and come with free flow soft drinks or juices. I like their dessert, avocado with vanilla ice cream and pour with espresso. The lights at the pathway insufficient, hope can improve it.

Birdwatching lead by Dedi and Riyan along the golf course surrounding allowed us to see eagle, kingfishers, stork bill etc. We had an amazing time. They brought along a telescope and we were loaned binoculars so that we can see the birds up close. The whole team at Homm n Cassia made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

Clean and quiet place. Good customer service. Staff speak good English. Breakfast is quite standard and I like it that fresh fruit juice is available upon request.

The private beach and the white sand . Swimming pool too . The gymnasium could have some improvement as the thread is not working . Food is good too .

First time in Bintan. Had an amazing experience at the resort. Check in was smooth by Pancha. Initially assigned a room quite secluded, requested for a change and got a much better room on the ground floor facing swimming pool and the beachfront. Amazing customer service, amazing staffs, everyone was friendly. The resort is in a private estate, together with Cassia and Banyan Tree. The beach was very private and quiet. Definitely enjoyed my time there. The one downside is the fact that it is in a private estate, it is quite far from town. Eating out is difficult, Bike Grab isnt available. Grab car was quite difficult and expensive. The best way was to hire a tour guide. I hired a tour guide for the whole 3 days. Amazing experience, just an hour ferry ride away from the hustle of the city of Singapore. Will come back for beach vacation.

Love the old money vibes this resort have to offer. So peaceful and serene. The staff there were excellent , el, mira, bennie franceska and the rest were excellent in their professionalism and service, top notch. They made our trip even better.

First and foremost, I loved their staff hospitality….loved the beach….i loved the part of star gazing lying on the rocks along the beach❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional service and stunning view with private beach and very friendly staff. Amazing food. Hotel is bit old but staff and service will make it up to that. Highly recommend.

Our experience is the hotel is great, the staffs are very friendly, especially staff Aminah, she brought a bright smile and always love to talk to her. Hotel cleanliness is great. The breakfast buffet is delicious as well. Only, we have encountered about the lunch , where the Angilo Olio taste is very bland and the dine in food - Soto Ayam is way too salty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank u HOMM LAGUNA Bintan.
