The hotel is clean and generally met the needs of our stay. Location wise, it is also convenient and located in the vicinity of Seomyeon and Buam Stations, Seomyeon’s district and also places like Bujeon Market and Lotte Department Store via a network of climate-controlled underground walkways. The staff were also attentive and friendly, serving every guest with a smile and even with a little friendly banter to make our day. A small improvement would be the fact some power plugs in Room 509 didn’t work properly as they are unable to supply power, and also the bidet seat in the toilet of Room 509 wasn’t working. So, I would recommend that this can be looked into to optimise customers’ comfort.

The hotel is nice overall. The location is very convenient with access to various restaurants and close to Lotte Mall, but the breakfast could be better. Would recommend for a visit to Busan!

This hotel is located right behind the Lotte Duty Free Shop. The surrounding area is very lively with plenty of dining options. The hotel lobby is super small, but surprisingly the rooms are quite spacious. However, breakfast is not available on weekends.

Super convenient! It's a short walk to Lotte, and you can easily walk to the food street, bar street, and barbecue restaurants. The location is excellent, and the subway station is also nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable.

The room was huge, very comfortable, and had an oversized bathtub. Taking a soak at night after a long day of sightseeing was pure bliss! This hotel gave me such wonderful memories, and I highly recommend it. Just one minor point—I hope they can switch to a different brand of disinfectant, as the smell was a bit pungent.

Everything was great, except for the soundproofing. I could hear chairs scraping and toilets flushing from neighboring rooms and floors above and below. The closest subway exit to the hotel is Exit 8 of the Seomyeon Underground Shopping Center, not Exit 8 of Seomyeon Station itself. While they're connected underground, it's quite a walk and involves stairs. If you have luggage, take Exit 7 of the Seomyeon Underground Shopping Center. There's an elevator next to the stairs, but it's a bit hidden, so you might have to look for it.
