The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing. The hotel pool was too cold to swim in this time of year.

Toilet flush button faulty: The toilet often doesn't stop flushing after you press the button, and you have to keep pressing it repeatedly, hoping it will stop. Sink drainage blocked: You have to wash your face quickly, otherwise the water overflows. Toilet seat: Crooked. Even a budget hotel like Home Inn in China wouldn't have this! Poor service: After the room was cleaned, the tissue box was left like this (referring to an image that's not provided but implied to be messy/unacceptable)! Poor service: My own towel, which I hung on the hook, was found on the floor next to the toilet after housekeeping cleaned the room. It even brushed against the trash can – disgusting! Poor equipment (refrigerator): The insulation cover for the freezer compartment is missing, so it can't freeze. The refrigeration effect is also mediocre. The door also frequently doesn't close properly.
