Facilities: The hotel lobby, pool, and other facilities were all under renovation, which was a bit inconvenient. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the beach and Terminal 21. Service: The staff were enthusiastic.

I really liked the hotel; it's clean and beautiful. There are plenty of places to eat, shops, and malls nearby, and it's an easy 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The large pool was under renovation, and our window faced it, so we could hear the construction work (nobody informed us beforehand). There are lots of activities for kids: a small children's water park, slides, and a small outdoor play area, plus an indoor play area just for toddlers. There's a 7/11 right next door to the hotel, which is super convenient! I recommend it.

Forgot to take pictures of the hotel room. The room was a bit small and dated, but acceptable. The TV was small and unclear, with limited channels, especially English and kids' channels – only one kids' channel, and it was in Thai. The showerhead was broken on the first day, but they replaced it with a new one, and the water pressure was good. Having a balcony was a plus! The common areas were under renovation, and there was a paint smell. If you're staying in July, it's best to confirm with the hotel if the water park is open. The pool and water park were great, with lots of kids enjoying themselves.

The room was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The highlight was definitely the downstairs pool, perfect for kids to spend the whole day. It's also conveniently located. A highly recommended hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in early 2023, right after China reopened from the pandemic. It was very clean and the breakfast was abundant. Three years later, I stayed here again, and it's a huge step down from before. The hygiene is quite poor; the light switches, phone, and window screens were all dirty. The trash can lid had heavy grime, and there was a layer of dust on the central air conditioning vents. The electric kettle was leaking badly, as was the showerhead, and the sink drained very slowly. The air conditioning was noisy but did provide heating. The most unacceptable part was the breakfast; it was almost entirely Indian food, mostly watery, unidentifiable dishes. There wasn't even a simple stir-fried vegetable. Later, I realized the hotel breakfast was catering almost exclusively to Indian tourists, and there were many of them. The variety of vegetable salads was minimal, and the lettuce wasn't fresh, with a high proportion of rusty leaves that showed no signs of being washed. There were no staff members replenishing the food. The service staff, however, were very friendly, and only the coffee at breakfast was good. Overall, it's a far cry from the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24! If you like Indian breakfast, then this is the place for you!

New accommodation. The water park for kids is a good medium size. The location is within walking distance to the beach and close to shopping malls like Terminal 21.

The hygiene could be improved. The service was very enthusiastic, and room service deliveries were prompt. The room's balcony offered a sea view, and the in-room facilities were complete. However, the slippers were too cheap, not even as good as those at Hanting. The outdoor water park was awesome, a must-visit if you come here!

Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I booked an extra night so checking in early the next morning was no problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. It's close to everything, with plenty of massage places and restaurants nearby.
