JW Marriott Indianapolis

Great and beautiful view hotel, but one of front desk staff is little mean. But it doesn't influence on I gave the 5 stars feedback, highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice but there was business event there, we couldn't get the room what we paid for.

The room and everything was great but my room, although across from Presidential Suite on 32nd floor was noisy - rumblings and noise from elevators in close proximity.

I went to the front desk to check in, but it turned out the hotel had no record of my reservation. I’m not sure where the mix-up occurred, but they eventually managed to check me in—though it did take quite a bit of time.

I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards.

Everything was great besides waiting an hour to check in after calling multiple times earlier in the day to try and make it a quicker experience.
