Couldn't fault anything, the service was genuinely warm and friendly. Calvin and William at the front desk were exceptionally attentive and provided great recommendations, especially Calvin. What I loved most and was truly satisfied with was the view from the window. The entire Taipa nightscape was laid out before me. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered such a picturesque view, it was perfect for photos. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night – that's the main reason I'd recommend it to all my friends. **Cleanliness:** As excellent as always. **Facilities:** The facilities are almost identical to those at Studio City Morpheus, so it was incredibly comfortable and convenient. **Service:** The young lady at the front desk who handled check-in was exceptionally patient. Booked Morpheus for our wedding anniversary, and the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and excellent service! The room was as spacious and comfortable as ever; stepping in immediately put me at ease. We had fruit, desserts, and fresh flowers, all a lovely touch. The 40th-floor pool is perfect for photos. Morpheus will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

The room environment was excellent! They even prepared roses and complimentary chocolates for us on Valentine's Day, which was incredibly thoughtful. For Chinese New Year, we got a blind box with a horse figurine, and I was so happy to pull a horse right away! The service is superb, and their attention to detail is fantastic.
