City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau

The most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Macau, and the service attitude was excellent at City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau.

Morpheus was a great experience! 👍👍 I wanted to stay here before the pandemic, but it was so hard to get a room. 😄 The service was excellent! 👍 When we were heading back to Hong Kong, the staff even brought our luggage to the pickup point and loaded it onto the bus for us. 😁👍 Thank you! 🙏 I'll definitely be back next time! 🙏

City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau is excellently located, surrounded by other grand hotels. It's connected to The Countdown Hotel and Grand Hyatt, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel is very new, and the lobby's design is innovative. There's a coffee shop opposite the front desk, which is very handy. The executive lounge and restaurant on the 30th floor require a reservation to enter. On the first floor, there's a restaurant called Golden Pavilion, which I tried twice and found to be quite good. I'd especially like to mention that the sauna in the hotel's spa is excellent, with both dry and wet saunas, plus a large Jacuzzi. I received an anniversary cake after checking in, and I'd like to thank the hotel and Trip.com for arranging it. I'd love to stay here again.

Extremely satisfied! My friends and I absolutely loved the facilities and environment. Although there was a small issue with the room this time, the staff immediately helped us resolve it. Plus, we received a fresh fruit platter every day!

The hotel has a very artistic ambiance, and the service is exceptionally good and attentive. Fresh fruit is provided daily. The stay was very comfortable, and I will definitely choose City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau again in the future.

I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

Staying at Morpheus for our anniversary was truly a great choice, living up to its reputation as a landmark hotel in Macau! The architectural aesthetics create a fantastic ambiance, and the atrium elevators are absolutely stunning. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with meticulous service. We enjoyed two days of immersive relaxation, quiet and pleasant, perfect for a couple's anniversary. The location is excellent, with complete amenities, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!
