City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night and would have loved to stay longer. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their face, which is very important for guests to feel comfortable in a hotel. Our room was very spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is very modern and was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We would like to thank all the staff members. We will gladly come back.

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.

The hotel features a unique design, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and meticulous.

Terrible experience, you really shouldn't trust the top recommendation on the platform. I could look past the overpriced 3,700 per night, but at check-in, we were told breakfast wasn't a buffet and had to be ordered as a set meal via the in-room tablet. Then, when ordering for the second night, my order was cancelled and I was checked out! Apart from the exceptionally warm and friendly housekeeping lady, the rest of the staff wore cold faces.

The room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a walk-in closet. Every amenity exuded a sense of high-end quality. At the same price point as in Hong Kong, we enjoyed incredible service that you simply wouldn't get there. We received welcome fruits and a cake (which was delicious), breakfast delivered straight to the room, and a complimentary minibar (excluding alcohol) that was restocked the next day. The staff were super polite—ask for anything, and they would immediately double it. Five stars across the board, and I will definitely be back next time.

During my stay at Morpheus Macau, my absolute favorite part was the futuristic architecture. The lobby and elevators are so unique and make for great photo ops anywhere you snap. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was so cozy it just invites you to unwind the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for an overall delightful stay. While the room rates are on the higher side, it's a great choice for treating yourself to a little getaway.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring smart tablet controls throughout. There was a welcome card, welcome fruit, and some small snacks waiting in the room. All beverages in the refrigerator, excluding alcohol, were complimentary.

The hotel was designed by Zaha Hadid, giving it a strong futuristic and sci-fi vibe with whole-house smart controls. I specifically booked a room here to see the House of Dancing Water show, and since it's on the first floor, it was extremely close and convenient. They also had a simple room setup for my birthday, but the little horse keychain they gave as a gift was so tacky that I didn't even want to bring it back...
