This might be a five-star hotel in appearance only! I feel like the amenities and overall setup don't really live up to five-star standards. In many ways, it's worse than some budget hotels. During flu season, disposable masks aren't expensive; they could easily provide some, both for guest and staff protection. Many of the light control buttons in the room weren't working, and the TV was really old. Overall, the facilities are outdated. Maybe it was five-star in an older era, but now it's not even as good as some economy hotels! The most frustrating thing is that they don't even deliver takeout to your room; you have to go down to the takeout locker by the entrance yourself. It's truly inconvenient. Robots aren't that expensive; a five-star hotel could easily invest in a few robots for deliveries. All in all, I'll only be staying at this Sheraton once. I'd rather stay at the Atour next door!

Every year when I visit Chongqing, I always stay at the Sheraton. Last year, my room wasn't great, but this year the front desk staff upgraded me to a much larger room for free.
