The Sheraton Chongqing truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark hotel! The twin-tower design is instantly stunning, and the riverfront views are simply unbeatable. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The service was attentive and warm, check-in was efficient, and the facilities were complete. The location is very convenient—you can step right out to enjoy the Nanbin Road river views, and the night scenery is breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, perfect for both sightseeing and vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!

I booked this hotel specifically for the Petronas Twin Towers, and it didn't disappoint. The location is fantastic, with no traffic jams getting anywhere. The garage is huge, making self-parking very convenient and free of charge. The hotel decor is grand and stylish, and the rooms are extremely well-maintained. I was even pleasantly surprised by some snacks she sent over—such a heartwarming touch full of attention to detail. You can truly tell she puts herself in the guests' shoes; her service is genuine, gentle, and perfectly measured. Great location! There is a shopping mall just a 3-minute walk away, and right across the street is the riverside where many people take a walk. It's also reasonably close to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave.

The Twin Towers on Nabin Road, a landmark of Chongqing, offer unbeatable river views second only to Raffles City—quintessentially Chongqing! I was thrilled to be upgraded to a suite 🥳, and we even temporarily moved our meeting to the suite's living room. A big thank you to Xiao He at the front desk.

We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a fantastic view. Parking in the garage was very convenient, and the breakfast was also great—the tomato and egg noodles were exceptionally delicious! The room service was wonderful; after mentioning to Xiao Li that I've been taking traditional Chinese medicine recently, she thoughtfully provided extra drinking water and promptly brought me band-aids whenever I needed them. Xiao Li is super sweet and attentive! The location is great, making it super convenient to go for a stroll by the river and enjoy the view. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, which is great for sleep quality.

The room was quite nice. This time I brought my family to Chongqing for a vacation during the off-peak season, so it wasn't crowded at all. We really got to experience what people call the '3D magical city.' The hotel is right by the river; being from the north, we found it a bit humid, but the night view is top-notch and absolutely stunning. Stepping out of the hotel at night gives you that enchanting, glittering city vibe. You can grab a drink at one of the riverside bars, though it definitely depends on the weather. If it's sunny, the sunset in the evening is gorgeous, making it a fantastic spot for taking photos along the riverbank. Personally, I think the hotel has a pretty unique style.
