Traveling with my family, I booked a king room and was pleasantly surprised at check-in when the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. The environment was much more comfortable, with significantly improved natural light and amenities. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk processed everything quickly, and their service was gentle and meticulous, especially Yo-yo, whose service I was very satisfied with. Overall, a perfect score and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The Sheraton's 270-degree river view is definitely worth it!

This is a very established hotel, a true landmark on Nanbin Road. The service is exceptional, and the room amenities are practically all-inclusive. The location is also fantastic, right across from the Jiefangbei CBD.

Always a warm and inviting stay, perfect for families with kids. The surrounding amenities are excellent, and getting around is super convenient. While the facilities are a bit dated, they're well-maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant and happy experience.

I have to give a five-star review to Xiao Cai at the Sheraton Chongqing Hotel's Executive Lounge! At the end of May, I called to inquire about the Executive Lounge benefits, mentioning I was traveling with a child. Xiao Cai was incredibly thoughtful, directly granting us two Executive Lounge accesses and proactively upgrading our room. Her service was warm, attentive, and particularly heartwarming. The hotel's location is superb, situated in the landmark Twin Towers on Nanbin Road, offering expansive first-line river views and stunning nightscapes, all with convenient access. The room was spacious and elegant, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, making for a fantastic stay experience. From service to environment, everything was impeccable, and Xiao Cai's considerate service made us feel especially welcome. Highly recommend – we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chongqing!

I specifically stayed for one night because I wanted to experience its magnificent, classic decor before the hotel's renovation. The result was very satisfying; the staff's service was excellent, and the room type was great. From the room, I could see beautiful river views and Nanshan.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Nanbin Road. It's super convenient to get to attractions in Yuzhong District, but without the noise you'd find around Jiefangbei, making it perfect for a restful stay. We were upgraded to an executive floor river view room, and they even provided a baby crib. The room was spacious, ideal for families traveling with children. Room amenities were complete. Even though it's an older hotel, the cleanliness and facilities are still up to par – it feels classic, not run-down. It would be even better if the front desk and concierge staff could improve their service attitude and show more initiative. Overall, I recommend staying here.
