Sheraton Chongqing Hotel

Pics speak for themselves, folks. Is this level of cleanliness acceptable for a nearly 700-yuan room? And I can't even post photos, but the toilet kept getting clogged! Don't even get me started on the service. Whether in the lobby or the hallways, not a single staff member I encountered bothered to greet me. Even after they switched my room, the soundproofing in that one was terrible. The hallway noise directly affected my sleep in the middle of the night, and there were constant sounds from upstairs, like glass beads dropping on the floor!

The room was clean and tidy. Compared to the Intercontinental Hotel and Hilton Hotel I stayed at the past two days in Jiefangbei, I would highly recommend the Sheraton. Although some items in the room, even laundry, come with a charge, the hotel's overall public areas are truly outstanding. The in-room facilities are quite clean and well-maintained. What's particularly worth mentioning is the swimming pool and gym equipment, which are perfectly maintained and exceptionally clean, with clear markings for use. The pool water is incredibly clean and clear. Among the three five-star hotels I've stayed in, this one is definitely the best, and the views are fantastic too. Very good.

The Sheraton Hotel boasts an excellent location right on Nanbin Road, with plenty of amenities nearby. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were captivated by its opulent decor. What truly impressed us most was the hotel's stunning views; you can step right out and witness the breathtaking river scenery, and the night view is simply unparalleled. Roxanne did an amazing job arranging our room during check-in, the view was expansive and absolutely gorgeous. We'll definitely be back!

The Sheraton Chongqing Hotel is quite famous. The rooms are spotless, with freshly changed, crisp, and comfortable linens. The bathroom is odor-free, and every corner is meticulously clean. For me, cleanliness is paramount when staying at a hotel, and the rooms at the Sheraton Chongqing definitely put my mind at ease. The front desk staff were exceptional, especially Yo-yo, who handled check-in quickly. All staff were patient, helpful, and very polite when answering questions. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room also offered great views. The lobby is grand and luxurious, and the hotel's European-style decor has a very high-quality feel to it.

The hotel is located on Nanbin Road, right by the Yangtze River, offering a great view. The room itself was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful.

It was the last day of the Chinese New Year holiday, so the prices were very good. The hotel is right by the Jialing River. They upgraded my room, so I had a side view of the river. The room itself was very luxurious, with a bathtub and a walk-in closet, making it excellent value for money.
