I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience, especially because of the unbeatable location. It’s directly across the street from my favorite sushi spot, which made dinner plans incredibly easy, and it’s right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall… perfect for shopping, dining, or just escaping the heat. There are also plenty of nightlife options within walking distance, so you really don’t need transportation to enjoy the area.
One of the reasons I typically choose a hotel is for quality wellness facilities, particularly locker rooms with a sauna and steam room. While I was happy that these amenities were available, I was disappointed with the cleanliness during this stay. The steam room had visible mold, and it seemed like dirt had been tracked in from guests’ feet. With better maintenance and more frequent cleaning, these facilities could be a real highlight. The sauna had th perfect temperature too by the way.
Overall, the location and convenience are major strengths of this hotel. With some improvement in the upkeep of the spa/locker room areas, it would easily be a top-tier stay.
