The room is great for business trip with big table inside the room just liitle downside for long stay with breakfast , hopefully can make it more variety of foods.

Excellent location, easy to travel around, complimentary car park. However, breakfast buffet needs to be improved more to meet the hotel standards. Overall, good experience staying here.

Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭

Great for family trips. You'll find a lot of international travelers here. The breakfast is a local specialty with many choices (nasi lemak, bread, desserts, coffee), and it's delicious. The transportation is also convenient.

Kuantan is a very pleasant city, and this hotel lives up to that. You can usually count on Marriott. There's no Chinese-speaking staff, but the breakfast is excellent. It's a nice touch that you can take a drink with you when you leave.
