Dali Xiadu Seaview B&B

The room looks exactly like the pictures displayed on the platform. It's very comfortable, tidy, and clean, feeling just like home. I even extended my stay because the experience was so good. 1) The ocean is right in front of their lobby, less than 2 seconds from the accommodation. You can also watch the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. 2) The housekeeping was excellent, they even tidied up the bed specifically. 3) I had my washed clothes drying on the balcony. Then, it rained heavily while I was out all day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had moved my clothes indoors, so they were all dry! 4) Although Didi (ride-hailing service) cannot reach the door directly, the staff will pick us up with our luggage at the drop-off point! This is great! I highly recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to make arrangements. 5) The Didi pick-up point is very close to the hotel, only a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient! Everything was excellent! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our room was right next to the corridor, offering direct views of Erhai Lake, and it was super convenient to watch the sunrise. The hotel provided umbrellas on rainy days, and after checking out, the staff even offered to drive us on an electric car to a spot where it was easier to catch a taxi.

This B&B is absolutely amazing, beyond incredible! The environment is fantastic, and it's super convenient to get around. Erhai Lake is right outside, and you can see beautiful scenery directly from your room. There's even a rooftop terrace for watching the sunrise and sunset – it's truly so comfortable! What a shame it rained in Dali today and I couldn't see it, so I'll have to save it for next time. The housekeeper was also really nice, upgrading my room type for an even better view. The staff lady was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; she gave me a tour and helped me with my luggage. The B&B even has a little cat, very well-behaved and cute. Girls who love taking photos could easily get some great shots just within the B&B itself! ^^ I really, really recommend everyone come here!!

Located on the Erhai Lake环海 corridor, between Caicun Pier and Longkan Pier, Xiadu boasts an excellent location, directly facing Dali Ancient City to the west. Erhai Lake is just a few meters from the window, and the facilities are comprehensive. The service was impeccable. I stayed for three days and felt incredibly happy and relaxed. The owners are also very kind. Highly satisfied!

Our time in Dali was so relaxing! We picked a guesthouse right by Erhai Lake, super close to the water, so we could watch the sunrise over the lake every morning. If you want to go to Longkan Pier, it's a quick scooter ride and the scenery along the way is beautiful. Dali isn't just stunningly beautiful; the food is also pretty good. However, the attractions here are quite spread out, so I recommend planning your trip carefully and mapping out your route before you come, so you don't waste time and can fully enjoy the romance of Dali.

Right outside the door is Erhai Lake, and you can see the lake from your room. There are several adorable stray cats in the yard, which shows the kind heart of the beautiful owner. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service from the parking lot to the hotel and when you check out, which is very thoughtful.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, with excellent hygiene. The B&B's location is fantastic, with stunning views of Erhai Lake right outside the window. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, and they even offer a shuttle service, making for a very reassuring stay. The B&B also provides a comprehensive range of items and medications for altitude sickness, colds, and other needs. This is a sea-view B&B with exceptional value for money; I highly recommend staying here!

Located in Caicun, the room offers stunning views directly facing Erhai Lake. The ecological corridor is just downstairs, making the location absolutely superb. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even helped us dry our clothes. The staff member was very dedicated; he even drove to pick us up after his working hours. Both of them were fantastic and very professional. The breakfast place they recommended nearby served the best rice noodles I've ever had in my life. Downsides: The room facilities were very basic. There were only disposable bath towels, and the projector quality was mediocre. The bathroom was just 'not particularly annoying,' nothing more. The biggest issue was that my room was incredibly small. The merchant's photos, taken with a wide-angle lens, made it look much larger, but in reality, it was just the bed plus a window sill (for the view). This was disappointing. The soundproofing was also very poor (though this is common for guesthouses in these villages, as they are converted from old buildings). If you're just looking for a place to sleep for one night, I'd say it's an option. But if you want a really nice environment, it's better to go to the Erhai side below Longkan Pier, where there are many places with excellent settings.

The room was nice and well-equipped, with disposable toiletries provided. There's also a shuttle service to the guesthouse if your taxi drops you off nearby.
