Hyatt House Herndon/Reston

Creep doors between rooms and inside the room. No bottled water or kettle. Dirty coffee maker. The aircon was very noisy. Weird smell Breakfast was ok Bed clean and comfortable. Shower hot and clean

It was really sweet that they upgraded me to a two bedroom studio suite! I didn’t get to grab breakfast from the buffet, but I had a pleasant stay!

I stayed at Hyatt House for a spa weekend getaway. For its location, and price, this was a good place to stay. The building is a little older and slightly run down, but the in suite kitchen was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Hot eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, etc. I would recommend Hyatt House to all who need a quick, decent night away.

The rooms were so spacious and it was so nice to have a suite with 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Overall I had a very good experience and the room had all that I needed. The only issue I had was the breakfast. This had to be the absolutely worst sausage and bacon I've ever had. You expect the eggs to be what they are in these hotels but the sausage was absolutely tastless and the bacon was so thin you'd have to put 3 or 4 slices together to taste it when you bit it. Everything else was good though.

Clean spacious room, very good breakfast, convenient location near good restaurants and supermarkets, walkable to the metro station. An excellent choice with kitchen.

Breakfast was horrible...the riims was old and carpets was old and dingy.Ac and heating units was noisy

This facility is tired and worn out. It does not meet Hyatt's standard of quality. The entire facility - rooms, lobby, etc. needs to be updated and Cleaned! The carpets are stained and dirty. The waiting area furniture is stained and falling apart. The breakfast is well below Hyatt's standard. There is no ice machine in the entire facility, so they offered me a ziplock bag of ice. I learned a lesson that not all Hyatt House locations are above average. The 8.8 rating by ********** should be closer to a 7.2
