Ibis Bangkok Impact

Second time staying at ibis IMPACT. The front desk staff were as friendly and welcoming as always. It's truly convenient for attending concerts at the nearby IMPACT arena—you can just walk straight back to the hotel after the show without having to wait in crowds for transport 👍🏻

I stayed here to attend a concert at the Impact Arena. It is within walking distance from the venue. Although it requires a bit more walking than the Novotel, you can take the moving walkway on the skywalk and then walk indoors for the rest of the way. The distance is manageable enough that going back and forth to drop off luggage wasn't a hassle at all. At check-in, I was able to smoothly receive the suitcase I had shipped from the airport as well as tickets I had arranged through a service. When I took a shower late at night, only lukewarm water came out, but hot water was back to normal in the morning. Even during busy times, the breakfast area wasn't so crowded that there were no seats available, and I was glad I could enjoy breakfast without any stress. I usually bring my own toiletries so I didn't use many of them, but not having slippers was inconvenient, so those who care about this might want to bring their own (though I wonder if I could have gotten some if I had asked?).

This is a hotel you fiercely fight to book solely for a concert at the Impact Arena. There is no other reason to stay here—nothing more, nothing less. Anyway, there is absolutely nothing around the arena, which made it quite inconvenient.

Close to IMPACT, Cosmo Bazaar, and the skytrain station. Very convenient! The staff provided lovely and friendly service.

Checked in late at night, and the front desk staff proactively introduced the relevant services. Luggage storage is available for free, and breakfast hours vary, so it's best to double-check with the front desk. The second-floor skybridge provides access to many places and is definitely worth utilizing.

I stayed here for Lingorm's concert at the Impact Arena. I chose Ibis Bangkok Impact because I was pressed for time and needed to pick up my concert tickets on the day of the show, meaning I didn't have time to stay in the city center—staying right in the Impact precinct was much more convenient. There is a skybridge on the 2nd floor connecting to the various Impact venues, plus a large shopping mall, so overall it's quite convenient. The room felt a bit like a dorm from my college days abroad—very compact, but fine for a solo traveler. The breakfast had a decent variety and was quite good. The downsides are that the bathroom is a bit small and the water pressure isn't great. Also, the desk in the room is extremely small, making it a bit inconvenient for eating takeout.

The room was very clean, and the staff were smiling and welcoming the entire time. It's located very close to IMPACT since I came for a concert—super convenient as you can just walk there. The breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel is close to Impact, with a direct skywalk connecting right to the exhibition halls.
