Fenghuang Jinshuian River View Hotel

Location was ok but because it is close to everything, there is noise at night to 11.30. There is a walking path between hotel and river and people walk and talk loud most of night and morning. If you stay close to River anywhere expect noise. Room and shower good and staff helpful through the interpret app

The room was nice with a great view. It was a bit noisy until midnight. The staff were very kind.

The location is excellent being at the scenic spot itself. That's a shop selling noodles buns and snacks right beside the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was excellent. The only thing is there is no elevator and I have to climb up the flights upstairs. So it is not recommended for those who have problems climbing. You can ask to stay at level one though when you book and the owner will accommodate. They also helped to carry my luggage up and down the flight of stairs. The room is very comfortable and there's a projector where we can watch movies. There will be no more noise from the pub after 11:30 pm. There's air conditioning and heating in the room. One thing to note transport is very difficult to get from the train station to the hotel. So bad to arrange pick up and send off with the hotel beforehand. Difficulty to get transport is a norm in Phoenix ancient town.

Easy to get to the ancient city. Very close to the water wheel. Hotel can help arrange transport and buy tickets. Lots of restaurants around. You can get really good view of the river from the balcony.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Fenghuang. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they assisted with station transfers, helped book train tickets for my next destinations, and even took the time to explain the main tourist areas on a map, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is clean and simple, making it a great choice for a short stay. It’s especially suitable for a one-night visit while exploring Fenghuang Ancient City. The location is excellent, right by the river with a beautiful river view, which adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay with great service.

The front desk officers were so helpful and friendly. They helped us to take our big luggages to the 3rd floor where we stayed for a night. It's just a walking distance to the main river and we could enjoy the whole evening strolling around the river without worrying our distance back to the hotel. Although there were lots of pubs, but the location of the hotel is not too close to the main bars area, and we could still sleep peacefully. Totally recommended. PS: it might have a few mosquitoes during the nights so have to close the window.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main site to the ancient city and the bridge yet not so much affected by the noise generated at night from the main tourists spot. Good balance of sights and slightly away from the crowds.

Fantastic ! very recommended Hotel. The hotel's location is very strategic, right next to the canal. The hotel rooms also have direct views of the canal. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The downside is that there's no elevator, so it can be difficult to find if you have a lot of luggage.
