Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian

Wonderful experience at the Hyatt Yantian, a true five-star property. The 31st-floor sky lobby offers expansive views, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting breathtaking mountain and sea views. The bedding is comfortable, soundproofing is great, and the breakfast has a rich variety. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive. Yanhai City is right downstairs, and the seaside boardwalk is within walking distance. A top choice for a weekend getaway—I'll definitely be back!

The service was extremely attentive and thoughtful. They called us in advance to check our arrival time. The front desk staff were all super amazing and even gave us a room upgrade! On the day of check-out, I wasn't feeling well, so I called the front desk, and they very kindly extended our check-out time. When they heard my family member was thirsty, they proactively offered us bottled water to take along while heading out. Their service awareness is truly top-notch! Special recognition goes to the front desk staff on duty during check-in between 10:00 and 11:00 on October 7th, the receptionist who answered the call around 10:00 on October 8th, and the female staff member at the front desk around 2:30 PM. The exceptional service has convinced me to choose Hyatt again the next time I visit Yantian. First-class service, plus amazing room facilities and views! 🤙🤙🤙

The hotel environment is excellent, with quiet and comfortable rooms offering beautiful views. The decor and materials used are also of good quality. There's a shopping mall and a seaside boardwalk right downstairs, which really gives you that relaxed, vacation vibe. The service is outstanding; a butler contacted me before check-in to ask about my room preferences, and they even gave me a late check-out for free. It's a perfect place for a vacation in Yantian, and I'd definitely consider coming back.

An amazing vacation experience!! I'm a loyal Hyatt fan and previously loved staying at Hyatt Centric. I always find Hyatt's food excellent and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I was inspired to visit Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian after seeing a blogger's video of the sunrise there. I decided to stay for my birthday, and the hotel arranged a room upgrade, a birthday cake, and birthday decorations. Special thanks to the two front desk ladies, Dai Yongjun and Chang Xiwen, and the Director of Rooms, Zhuo Wei. Even during the busy Golden Week, the hotel's service, dining, and cleanliness were exceptionally well-organized, with no sense of overcrowding or chaos. This speaks to their highly effective hotel management. This vacation met and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, the Executive Lounge dinner was tasty, the cake was good, and even the free-range chicken from room service was delicious. I'll definitely consider coming back for a weekend getaway. Being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the hotel was wonderful. The weather wasn't ideal for a sunrise glow this time, but I did manage to capture a beam of light hitting the ocean. Wishing everyone happiness and joy!!

I've always been a fan of Hyatt, and their breakfasts are consistently good. I tried the Chinese restaurant on the 6th floor and would definitely recommend it. The ambiance and service were both great, the dishes were exquisite, and the high-altitude view was lovely.

I'm a returning guest, and as always, the hospitality was fantastic. This time I brought friends, and everyone raved about it. The kids even just wanted to stay at the hotel and swim!

I had a truly satisfying stay. I'd mentioned to customer service beforehand that I was celebrating my birthday, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room and decorated it, plus they gave me a small cake. The room view was fantastic, with the entire ocean and Yantian Port visible. The hotel's Chinese restaurant had great food and presentation. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Thanks to all the staff for their service! 😊

Extremely convenient with a superb view! There's a shopping mall and cinema downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. A short walk takes you to the seaside boardwalk, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll. It's also very close to Dameisha! We stayed for two nights and will definitely choose this place again next time we visit Shenzhen.

The sea view in Yantian is absolutely stunning, but the hotel's front desk staff's competence doesn't quite match the price. Not only are they slow, but they even managed to mess up a guest's package that didn't include breakfast – I've never seen anything like it before.
