Staybridge Suites GULF SHORES by IHG

The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For as much as we paid for a suite, I do not think I would book again. First night of our stay, we could hear the neighbors coughing. The next night, a dog kept barking so the sounds do travel from room to room, keep in mind. This is not a representation of the staff though. They were quick to fix our reservation issues and were very professional and friendly. The facilities could definitely use some repairs though, and there needs to be some sort of organization between the hotel and *******.

The only complaint I really have is the water would stand in the bottom of the tub. The rooms where clean and freash and the staff was more than accommodating to our needs!

My family enjoyed the breakfast sausage and omelet. Food choices varied every morning. My daughter was thrilled to have her choice of fruit. No complaints overall rooms were clean and spacious. Check in/out was fast and easy.

I definitely will be back.. Staff was friendly and nice.. This place was convenient and close to everything. I enjoy the free breakfast, laundry and the different amenities that offer! This is my 1st choice from now on when I visit orange beach. The room was awesome and came with everything you need for a trip.

The room was nice and comfortable, 4 nights stay with my husband and our 4 year old. We shared a 1 queen bed suite. Enjoyed the amenities available with the mini kitchen. Pool was nice. Although they did not upkeep with pool towels and such.

Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower.

Room was dirty, kitchen utensils had food caked on them, pillows & sheets were dirty on one bed, our keys did not work and all but 1 time we had to go back down to front desk to get them fixed-it was the actual door lock but they never offered to try to fix or move us; we paid $75 for a dog fee but the dog area did not have anywhere for adults tp sit & was dirty from people not picking up after their pets. Very disappointed as I could have stayed at other pet friendly hotels that did not charge and had a pet yard with seats & obstacles for dogs. Free breakfast was normal but the hot items were just room temp & not that great! They do pickup & block off right at 9:30 & do not mention they are picking up just in case you want to get anything else & are sitting there eating.

This property was great! The room comes with plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, glassware. Everything you need! Ice maker in the fridge! Complementary bags of ice for your cooler! The bed is the softest I have ever slept on. You just melt right into it! The breakfast boasted of sausage links, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, various juices, soft drink fountain, and coffee! We will absolutely stay there again. I give them a big 10!!!!

The breakfast was fresh and hot. The reception was great as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely staying there again.
