Excellent hotel! Everything was great: it looks exactly like the photos, stylish modern interior, perfect cleanliness in the rooms and common areas, and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was decent, but lacked variety. The location is convenient, with the beach, shops, massage parlors, and a bus stop all within walking distance. We will definitely come back here again!

Amazing hotel. The beach, shops, cafes, and currency exchange offices are all within walking distance. The breakfasts are wonderful. The hot dishes change daily, but everything else is standard: eggs of all kinds, toast, pastries, cereals, fruits, and vegetables. The staff are responsive and helpful with luggage, and they'll tell and show you everything. Another plus is the shuttle bus that goes to Patong Beach and then on to Jungceylon Shopping Center.

This was my first time in Thailand, and after a long search, I finally settled on this hotel. I was a bit nervous because of some reviews, worried I'd picked a bad hotel and ruined our vacation. But the moment we stepped out of the car at the hotel, all my worries vanished. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and led me to the lobby where I was offered a chilled drink and a cool towel. As I was traveling with my family of four, the front desk proactively came to the lounge area to help me check in. Although the website stated check-in was at 3 PM, we were actually able to check in around 11 AM. The staff then escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained all the hotel's facilities and operating hours. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was so warm and friendly, making us feel incredibly comfortable. I've traveled to several Asian countries, and the service here even surpassed my experience in Japan. We booked a family suite, and the kids absolutely loved it. It's very close to Karon Beach and convenient for dining, with a 7-Eleven, massage parlor, and currency exchange right outside. The hotel also has a gym, laundry room, and swimming pool. The only minor drawback might be the limited breakfast variety, but because of this hotel, my kids rated this trip experience as 'top-tier'.

Upon checking in, the staff offered us drinks, which was a very nice touch. ☺️ The rooms are quite spacious, in good condition, and the furniture isn't worn out. The hotel has its own laundry facility (a couple of washing machines and a dryer). A wash costs 50 baht, and the amount of laundry is only limited by your common sense when loading the machine. The dryer costs 60 baht. I think it's a great option for washing accumulated clothes affordably. The hotel's location is super! 🔥 Everything is nearby; the hotel itself is about 200 meters from the sea, and all amenities are close at hand – a 7-Eleven right around the corner, a pharmacy, and across the street, there are many small shops, a restaurant, an Amazon Cafe, and another 7-Eleven. There's also a massage place nearby. The hotel itself has a great rooftop bar called "Halo," where you can grab a cocktail or something to eat. It's very convenient that you can even order food to your room from there by phone directly from your room. When it was raining and we didn't feel like going out, we took advantage of this and ordered some food. It was a bit more expensive than the street restaurants, but it was convenient as they delivered it right to our room – a perfectly good backup option. The staff wasn't intrusive but at the same time very responsive. They even congratulated our daughter on her birthday. Upon checkout, there were no shenanigans; they returned the full 1000 baht deposit we paid at check-in. All in all, it's a worthy hotel, and if we ever decide to return to Karon, we would definitely consider staying here again for the entire duration of our trip. The rooms are very comfortable, and cleaning is done upon request, which is also very thoughtful. The breakfast is small but tasty, and everything is fresh.

Loved everything about it! The area is convenient and the hotel is cozy. The staff are friendly! Everything is nearby, great location! Close to the lake, food, and massage.

The hotel is excellent in terms of both room quality and location. The breakfasts are good too. Rooms facing the road are a bit noisy.
