1. The front desk lady had a blank expression on her face, which was very different from the service of other hotels we stayed in before; 2. The room was arranged on the 4th floor, and all we could see outside the window was a wall; 3. There was not a bottle of water in the room; 4. The hair dryer was shabby. I was surprised when I took it out. It was so shabby that it burned my hands after two minutes of use. I didn’t dare to continue using it;

The room was very nice, comfy beds and linens, sizeable bathroom with great-smelling hair products. Plenty of lighting. The blackout shades let tons of light escape from the tops so don't expect a dark sleep-in. The elevators look old and need updates.

The hotel itself is pretty and in a good central spot of downtown. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked well. The staff isn't overly friendly and took a long time to get any sheets for our pull out couch and also the phone in our room wasn't working. The facilities could use some TLC, but overall fine.
